Loads of vegan options - Edit
This Mexican restaurant is huge, large menu with a vegan option for every dish that they have. Vegan option includes jackfruit, beans, or impossible meat ($2/each item if ordering impossible). Highly recommend. Tried the wet burrito and enchilada and tacos rice and bean combo. Flavorful and delicious. They even have vegan cheese! AYCE cups and homemade salsas. Friendly staff. The staff is very familiar with vegan options.

This restaurant should not be on the list. We called to place an order online for delivery, since their menu offered jackfruit and impossible burger filling. But our delivery driver called to say that their advertised lard-free beans contain lard. But so does the red sauce for the enchiladas, AND their tortillas. I appreciated the restaurant's honesty, but this place is not meant for us.

Vegan gem in this small town! - Edit
My BF grew up going here and had to show me on my first trip to Oak Harbor. What a gem in this small town!!! They offer Impossible beef AND jackfruit which can be used as the meat in anything on the menu. They also have vegetarian rice and lard-free refried beans (unheard of at Mexican restaurants)!! They also have a huge bar and cute outdoor spot with TVs. Absolutely love this place, and now we go there every time we're in Oak Harbor!
