Excellent Scallop Salad - Edit
Went in for a quick lunch - I did arrive at 2:15 and last order was 2:30. Based on previous review I had the scallop salad and it did not disappoint- the umami of the sauce was amazing. I then had the grapefruit monkeybrain dish. Was very good - sweet and sticky with grapefruit undertone. I washed it down with the peppermint tea. I great lunch overall and I would go back just for the scallop salad.

Vegan Chinese food - Edit
Went here for my birthday dinner, it’s a cute restaurant with an extensive menu. Highly recommend making reservations! You can tell that they use fresh ingredients and the food tastes very healthy. I was able to try new dishes that I’ve never had before like vegan shark fin soup and foie gras.

Service was fine, food was very expensive and awful. The soups were simple but ok, the mains were completely bland, the fake meat was just mushroom, and the pasta was completely overcooked. A very expensive meal to not finish due to how bad it was.

Really enjoyed going through the menu here, which has creativity and some unique and interesting combinations.

- The Karana (jackfruit) and lotus root patties from the Chef's recommendations was a special dish - plated beautifully, bit crunchy, lots of taste, with a delicious teriyaki creamy sauce.
- The mixed yam with monkey head mushroom dish in Liubiju sauce tasted great and is a good vegetable dish.
- Burdock beancurd roll Rice Vermicelli - wasn't keen on this dish. It tasted plain. The burdock beancurd roll had a mock fish taste which I didn't like.
Also tried the executive lunch set for two (HKD 398 plus service) and really enjoyed all the food. May have just been rly hungry as could have eaten more afterwards.
- We had two small appetisers which were yummy
- Tom yum soup which I highly recommend
- I was surprised by the mock prawn dish - am not usually very fond of mock meat especially one that looks real, but I rly enjoyed the texture, the tempura batter and the sauce.
- We liked the monkey head mushroom and aubergine dish, and my husband rly liked the rose BBQ pork.
Chrysanthemum tea, served in a beautiful transparent teapot, was perfect alongside the dishes.
Service was fine, environment is pleasant however on first visit my friend and I were freezing. The air con was blasting too high; we asked them to turn it down but they weren't able to as they said it centrally controlled. Bring a scarf and cardigan... next time I was prepared!
Seen some reviews saying it's not vegan, however the name of the restaurant was showing on the menus as Emerald vegan, with a tagline saying "All our foods are egg free, dairy free, allium free".

呢個opera同普通嘅唔同，質感比較硬，叉拮落去放手絕對可以hold住唔郁🍴，不過並唔代表佢唔好食😇。
一層啡色同一層灰色間住間住，唔係太肯定佢係用咩材料整，不過食到幾香嘅咖啡味，應該係純素咖啡奶油忌廉🧈，灰色就應該有啲果仁碎🥜，食到啲一粒粒。
佢唔係好軟綿嗰種感覺，而係偏向實淨有咬口，咖啡味同朱古力味都夠味☕️，唔會太甜，整體係唔錯嘅。

I enjoyed this Chinese restaurant and appreciated that they did not rely on processed plant-based meat. Instead they used mushrooms and jackfruit to evoke meaty taste and texture. I plan to visit again.

Not 100% vegan but vegan dishes are clearly marked. Everything was incredibly flavourful - the barbecue “pork” was a highlight. So many dishes I want to try so I will probably be back again!

Fantastic array of fusion cuisine- some surprising mixes but almost all very successful. All vegan menu with classic Cantonese options made vegan as well as some new French themed ones too. Great service and for non drinkers, great soft drink options too. Some portions were a little small but overall great every time we have been.

The only Chinese vegan restaurant in LKF - Edit
Opened in December 2020. It's nice to finally see a Chinese veg restaurant that is suitable for a more business lunch option, among all the Western or Western-nish eateries in Lan Kwai Fong, Central. HKD400 plus for a 2-person lunch set, food and service were very average unfortunately but the environment is decent for a Chinese vegan restaurant. The restaurant name says vegetarian but the staff said all the food is vegan (they have another restaurant that is vegetarian in Wanchai). Personally one visit is good for me.

Tried new restaurant in central, the restaurant serve Chinese and western vegan cuisine. I love Chinese cuisine so much.. The monkey head mushrooms so yummy... My bro tried the western item, especially the vegan cheese is super yummy. Special Chinese dessert - craspy oat milk.
