The food was ok, but I liked other restaurants in Thailand better - Edit
The food was ok, but not amazing (for me). Everything was fresh and the service was nice though.

A new favourite of mine - Edit
Such a beautiful gem although I thought I was being directed to a random alley!
Read moreSpring rolls & Pad Thai we’re so fresh, and the restaurant aesthetic is so beautiful. They put so much care into ethos which I really appreciated - plus the staff were kind and never rushed me out although I was the last one at closing time!

Very health-food & towards westeners oriented - Edit
The atmosphere here is somewhat of a chill out yogi space. I enjoyed sitting on the floor, but its also quite uncommon here. The restaurant is heavily oriented towards western tourists which you can tell, amongst others, by the menu, including various typical western dishes, as well as the restaurant being heavily oriented towards clean, healthy, wholesome food.
Read moreI had breakfast here and dinner in one day. All my food decent, but I definitely had better food elsewhere. Mainly came back for the ambiance and selection. For really tasty vegan food, I'd rather recommend 'Studiyo Bar' (has no english name tag) in this area.
Also, often there is no fancy vegan version of vegetarian dishes - some dishes are vegan by default or very easily made, but e.g., the Carbonara is only available in veggie.
Prices are reasonable, not cheap but you don't get a shock by looking at the menu.
Update: Came again for western breakfast and were surprised by how big and filling the portions were. I couldn't finish mine, but really good price-value.😄

Best food in town - Edit
I visited Ethos 3 times while staying in Bangkok. The noodle soup and coconut curry were full of flavour and I like that you are given a small spice tray to enhance the dishes. I also had pineapple fried rice which was lovely.

Really delicious food - Edit
Entirely vegetarian and vegan and was a lovely spot. I had the pad Thai which was really tasty but lacking a bit of spice for me! They do however provide extra soy sauce and chilli flakes 😊. Super affordable too, would definitely go back!

Lovely restaurant with seating options at tables with chairs or floor tables.
Read moreHuge amount of dishes. It says “Bakery” in the HappyCow so we did never pick this for diner if it wasn’t for the closed Mango nearby. But nothing like a bakery in the evening, very nice setting and menu!
Healthy options like the tempe salad, gluten-free pancake choices, choices of used oils(!), some dishes with Yogurt.
Pros: Many options (pancake>Thai>meal salads, pita), A lot of dishes with tempe, Good healthy kids options, not so spicy things.

Fabulous vegan food, cute venue! - Edit
Everyone here was so lovely in this little restaurant down a back street. I was so impressed by the menu, colour choice to make it easy to see vegetarian vs vegan. Super ethical, and the food was DELICIOUSSSSSSS.

Great selection and decent prices - Edit
I had the mango and banana vegan pancake for 160 Baht which was the perfect amount of sweetness and very filling since it was wholegrain. I also got a masala coconut shake which had great flavours from the spices but was really sweet. I'd only order it if you wanted a dessert not just something to accompany your meal (maybe you can ask for less sweetness though.) One of the owners was very helpful and friendly in suggesting things to do in the city which was also nice. Overall I'd definitely recommend the breakfast options here.
