Okay food - Edit
Didn’t think anything special of the pad Thai when I came here. Prices quite expensive compared to Mai Khadee just down the road and not better then there. Portions were good, but that’s about it.

Great healthy restaurant - Edit
We were in luck to have Ethos next door from where we were staying. My bf and i really needed the vitamines/healthy food they served. They do a great Kambucha, shakes, pancakes, juices, muesli, porridge, curries and other Thai dishes. I wouldn't recommend the tempeh burger though. The service was ok (not really motivated), they use environmental friendly materials such as paper straws and you can take your leftovers to go.

Really good vegan food! - Edit
Great food, great atmosphere and great portions sizes! Every time we leave Ethos we leave feeling full and satisfied. The pancakes are absolutely amazing, I would highly recommend. The only down fall is that the homemade kombucha comes in such a small glass even the large size, it’s such a refreshing healthy drink so it would be nice to have a full glass.

Amazing! - Edit
This hidden jewel in along a backstreet is not to be missed. So many delicious Vegan options with large portion sizes it will not disappoint and have you going back for more. Curry’s, coconut smoothies, porridge and pancakes and many more at a fair price. One of my favourite Vegan restaurant in the world yet.

Interesting pseudoscience - Edit
Whilst the food here is great, the menu is interesting, to say the least - lots of pseudoscience warning vegans about the supposed detrimental effects of consuming tofu and soy milk. Would recommend visiting nonetheless - big menu with lots of varied choice. We tried both their Thai and their Western dishes and everything was tasty - their signature apple crumble is absolutely massive and we couldn’t even manage it between the two of us!

I had some deep fried tofu and papaya salad. It was amazing. The decor is great too. I gave 4 stars because it is a tad pricey (especially compared to some veg options a few steps away)

Delicious tempeh - Edit
I've been coming to Thailand for over 4 years and every time I visit Bangkok, I have a meal at Ethos. I recommend the big tempeh salad bowl and extra tempeh (starter). Extremely delicious and huge!

Nice atmosphere - Edit
The decor and atmosphere here is really nice and romantic. Food is a little pricey but good portions and quality. I had Pad Ke Mao which I found a little bland and had to add extra seasoning to but there was lots of veg and everything was well cooked. The vegan apple crumble is amazing!

Great range of vegan options $$$ - Edit
A large range of options and vegan is clearly marked. I choose the tempeh burger and it was okay, although wasn’t a fan of the bread. The sauce that came with the salad was really nice. I also had coconut and chocolate smoothie which was good. Came to 265 bhat all together so a lot more then I normally pay for a meal whilst on a budget here in Thailand. The street has other vegetarian options as well but this is a nice place to come to at least once.

Good Food - Mainly Indian Themed - Edit
I had the tofu and a Tempeh burger which I enjoyed. My Thai GF tried a couple of dishes, but does not like Indian Food and most the dishes have a Indian twist or theme, despite HC mentioning Thai Cuisine here, my GF could told me it was not Thai cuisine.

Great service and decent food. - Edit
They have a large menu with plenty of food and drink options from Thai to western cuisine. I had the tempeh burger which was okay. The serving size of food here is good which always pleases me, however the food itself is okay but nothing special. The service was great and the variety of plantbased food still makes it a good option for a meal.
