Spello: flowers everywhere - Edit
I’ve been in Spello many time, last time I was there for lunch and I decided to try this small, cozy restaurant. The location is on the main downtown street, so you will see it for sure. I’ve tried a flower focaccia and their hummus. Perfect for a light lunch. They know how to use flowers and herbs in the dishes.
