I love that they have lots of vegan options (also for the all you can eat), the vegan options are also labeled as „vegan“ which makes it easier!

Classic all you can eat sushi restaurant - Edit
All you can eat sushi with a tablet for ordering. When clicking on an item it says if it is vegan. There are the classic options like vegetable sushi, maki, fried sushi, mushrooms, sprouts, plain rice, spring rolls, edamame and fried vegetables.
