Sehr lecker, wenig vegane Auswahl - Edit
Das Ambiente, der Service und das Essen waren toll im FITO. Jedoch gab es auf der sehr überschaubaren Karte nur wenig vegane Auswahl (1 von 2 Vorspeisen, 1 von 4 Hauptgängen). Das Essen ist definitiv sehr besonders, optisch toll angerichtet und eher im Sinne der gehobenen Küche mit kleinen Portionen und vielen Komponenten. Wir haben den Besuch sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen. Das Restaurant ist nicht billig, aber für uns hat die Preis-Leistung gepasst.

I mean they still do vegan (mostly vegan actually…) so it’s incorrect to say it’s only vegetarian and even encouraging people not to go 😅 do you prefer a vegetarian restaurant with vegan options in this area or a closed restaurant?

I say not to go because becoming vegetarian from vegan I consider it some kind of involution.

Good food and nice location - Edit
We had a great dinner in this vegan restaurant. It is placed inside the park of Castello Pasquini with a lovely atmosphere. We had Polpette di Soia and Frasella which were both amazing. Unfortunately the risotto and the orecchiette weren‘t quite our taste. The homemade cake was delicous. Only downside: we had to wait a long time for our dishes to be cleared after each course and we were never asked if we wanted any other drinks after ours were empty - which made us feel a bit ignored.

This is a special place, the food is great, the menu changes almost every day and you can feel how fresh and tasty is. Also the location is stunning surrounding by nature. Highly recommended.

By far the best food we've eaten in Italy so far. Nice staff, nice vibe and really nice food. And the best of all; everything is vegan! I would definitely recommend it.

Would actually be nice… but … - Edit
The place would be nice, but when I entered I found the environment a bit messy, more could be done with such a place! Unfortunately, I also found the vibes heavy, one is almost afraid to ask for anything! When I then asked how long to wait I was told that they don't have times! Answer in an insulting and rude tone! It is clear that I will never return there again! Maybe a bad day!!! Maybe....

Keine Ahnung, nach welchen Kriterien sich das Fito seine Gäste aussucht. Wir jedenfalls wurden abgelehnt.
Read moreAls wir gestern Mittag im Fito essen wollten, waren keine Handvoll der vielen Tische belegt. Trotzdem sagte uns die Mitarbeiterin, das Lokal sei voll. Wir fragten, wann es denn später ginge. Darauf meinte sie, sie habe 'kein Interesse daran, ihr Personal zu stressen'. Sie seien unterbelegt.
In den zwölf Stunden, an denen das Fito noch geöffnet hatte, gab es keine Möglichkeit, zwei weitere Gäste zu bedienen.
Sie könne uns nur ein Stück 'Cake to takeaway' verkaufen. Darauf haben wir verzichtet.
Diese Bewertung klingt merkwürdig? Wir rätseln tatsächlich auch noch, was da los war.

Vegan Garden - Edit
In the center of small mainly summer location, full of "traditional" animal based locals we found ana amazing place. Very trendy, with beautiful, green bar and amazing choice of vegan coctails and drinks. We ordered sushi- fancy, tasty starter, tiramisu as dessert - absolutely must try, two plates: curry (could be better, seitan was v good, curry - we just came back from Vietnam so we are pretty used to strong, spicy tastes), and type of parmiggiana that was amazing. We will come back to try pastas and more seasonal vegan meals. Place is really well designed and very nice, the staff is very helpful and explain every plate.

Purtroppo essendo un posto un po’ raffinato non costa pochissimo e avevamo chiesto di sederci dentro ma i tavoli interni sono davanti alle porte che tengono spalancate e col vento faceva freddino. Inoltre ci hanno messo un po’ a portarci il cibo.
