Healthy vegan food - Edit
What I like about this place is that it's like "old skool" vegan food that's has no faux meats, just healthy tasty versions of non-vegan things. I always come back for the Not Yo Mama's Mac. It's craveworthy. Also, their desserts are pretty good.
Read moreHad the Norrito, was basically a quinoa salad wrapped in nori. Was really greasy and fell apart. Hard pass.

No-Harm Parm - Edit
I ordered the Chicky Parm, which is a fried chickpea patty smothered in marinara, served on toasted bread with pesto, arugula, and cashew mozzarella. The thick patty is like an old-school veggie burger rather than a new-school mock meat. The gluten-free bun was better than I expected. Overall, not very reminiscent of a non-vegan chicken parm, but enjoyable nonetheless.

For everything being hand made, I think the price is acceptable. I appreciate the owner keeping the prices the same for so long. The portions could be a little bigger in general (just a thought) but as for quality it seems to be on par for pricing.

Just ok - Edit
To be fair I’ve only been once, but it fell short for me. Got the mac and it was fine but didn’t make me want to go back. I think I need to try something else before writing it off entirely. The person ringing me up was a bit condescending too so just not a great experience overall.

Gem - Edit
Found this gem at VegOut that took place in Holladay Park. My partner and I shared the 'Denver Dog' and 'The Norrito' both were spectacular!

Delicious,wholesome goodness! - Edit
This place is something special. Maybe its the fact that it’s obviously the two rad chefs passion project that they cultivated out of their hearts? The positive energy is boomin’ here. I loved it. We tried everything but the beet burger a few weeks ago for a lunch with friends and can say that this is worth the trip. The menu is exciting and different, nothing I feel like I could whip up at home in a flash. The carrot corn dog took the cake for me, and my husband loved his quesadillas! You know you can trust a place when they put edible flowers to garnish your food. Annnnnd lastly they have succulents planted on the outside of their truck. Flourish and thrive you will eating like this. We ❤️ you
