“The Plant Zaddy” Pizza - Edit
Tried their special for PHX vegan restaurant week and it did not disappoint. The hot honey was a nice touch. Would love to try more if I lived in the area.

This was easily one of the best vegan pizzas I have ever had, and the number of vegan options was a very pleasant surprise. The crust was perfect, and the cashew "cheese" was melty and very tasty.

wish i had gone for pizza. appreciate the vegan options at the churchill, since other vendors don’t have any. the hummus was pretty mediocre, but i’m sure the pizza would be good!!

I came in with a group and ordered at the counter, the first half of our group got their pizzas but then we waited and waited so went up to the counter to check out what was up. They decided to make a huge delivery order after making our friend's pizza but before making ours. Our friends finished their pizza AND dessert before we were served. When they finally made the pizzas we ordered, it was really disappointing with a floppy crust and minimal toppings :(

Live this place because you can create your own pizza exactly how you want it many vegan options too. I hope they don’t cross contaminate since they serve real cheese and animal protein.

If you’re a big hungry guy and order gluten free bread I recommend getting two whole pizzas since I can eat a whole one to myself.

Chose this place on my way through Phoenix after reading a few stella reviews. Didn’t disappoint, the pizza was perfect as was the desert (also vegan) win and priced very well WIN!

So, I just landed from planet Vegan and wanted to watch some Basketball on TV. Freak Brothers was the go to answer for Pizza. I did a build your own and added tons of extra veggies and some “sausage”. Outstanding. Will definitely order again. Way to go for vegan pizza and saving the animals!

Best spot in Phoenix for vegan gf pizza - Edit
It’s hard to find pizza that is both vegan AND gluten free but Freak Brothers has it and it is phenomenal. I often come here after bar hopping downtown or before grabbing drinks nearby with friends. It’s located inside Churchill but they also have a window outside where you can take food to go.

Not a fully vegan restaurant, but incredibly delicious nonetheless. Amazing miyokos and daiya cheese options, locally made vegan meat (including chicken, pepperoni, & chorizo), and many yummy varieties. Service was also incredible - they made the tiniest mistake with our order and made us a whole separate pizza!!! Overjoyed with this place.

I tried Freak Brothers Pizza before they got their storefront inside The Churchill complex, at the PHX Vegan Fest, and it was fantastic. Truly great pizza, everything we want from a vegan gluten free pizza.
Read moreI also tried it twice from the storefront, once on a super super busy night, and the other just on a regular day, both times, it was good, just not cooked long enough for our liking.
