Very cool spot - Edit
Not in the best location but has great selection of vegan stuff from empanadas to ice cream and alfajores and other sweets. Opens at 10:00, At 13:00 the kitchen opens for what i guess are bigger meals.

Lots of vegan empanada and dessert options - Edit
Lovely empanadas, when we went there were either tomato, vegan cheese and corn; vegetable and soy mince; seitan and vegetables. We tried the first two and they were very nice and tasted healthy too. We had a kombucha and dessert (which tasted a little stale but I think that's more the style of cake)
