Offers a daily lunch set plus pasta, pizza, salad, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and dessert. 大阪で一番歴史のあるベジタリアンレストランです。2019年にヴィーガンに変わりました。日替わりランチセットやパスタ、ピザ、サラダ、サンドウィッチ、バーガー、ラップ、デザート等があります。 Open Mon-Fri 11:30am-5:00pm. Last order an hour before closing. National holidays also open 11:30am-4pm.

Friendly service and big menu. I had the deep-fried soy ‘meat’ and rice everyone seems to talk about and it was very good. I could eat that deep-fried tofu every day. Also shared fried oyster mushrooms and my wife had the hummus sandwich.

We arrived shortly after opening time and there were plenty of tables available, although a few were held reservations. You’ll spot it by the green lights.

Got the tempeh sandwich, the soy burger, potato salad, and kombucha. They gave us a taste of home (US) and the sandwich had a good amount of mustard but no sides (the burger came with fried potatoes). The kombucha was.. not my favorite. Overall recommend!

Had the deep fried soy meat bowl and was so happy it wasn’t an overly heavy dish. The deep fry on the soy meat wasn’t an oil slick and there were plenty of greens in the bowl too. Super yummy and happy we found this spot!

We very much enjoyed our meals - lunch special and pasta followed by cheesecake and apple pie. A real sense of am important part of the Japanese vegetarian movement . All vegan now and highly recommended. Great service.

An extensive menu of around 25 dishes made it hard to choose! The food was fresh, the staff extra friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. The portion sizes are big, so they made me a small size salad to go with my ramen and mushrooms. A lot of food! The salad and mushrooms were delicious but unfortunately the ramen was a bit tasteless, so I’m only awarding 4 stars. But they have amazing homemade treats to take away and also sold me two slices of bread so that I could have something for breakfast the next day before my flight home. I highly recommend this place.

2017: Very friendly and welcoming people at this restaurant. We ordered a pizza, penne and fried 'chicken' with rice (we were hungry). The food was fine but not very special either. My companion at this diner says I'm being too harsh with 3 stars, but I've simply had much better vegan food during this trip. Still a very decent place if you're in that area.

Read moreThe staff here speak English and they have an English menu as well. We ordered the Lunch Plate and the Japanese curry with naan. Our lunch that day was a mix of salad, rice, some minced soy meat with a tangy sauce, and an unexpectedly bomb potato salad. It was tasty and a good amount of food for a lunch set. The curry we had was also quite flavorful but there wasn't a whole lot of it to be honest. The naan was a bit hard too so I'd skip on that next time.
On the way out, I also picked up one of their Chocolate Chip cookies. It was a bit on the harder side for my liking so I likely wouldn't get that again, but I appreciate the options.
Aesthetics wise, it does feel a bit isolated inside since there are no windows and the only form of natural light comes from the entrance. However, that shouldn't hinder you from checking out this great spot.
