An essential and fantastic community

I became a member-owner in February 2020 and cannot overstate how much this store, and the people a part of it have meant to me.

The merchandising team sources awesome vegan products that can't find in other grocery stores, and the prices on everything are much lower than anywhere else. The availability of buying in bulk is so wonderful as a waste-conscious person, and you can request anything you don't see on the shelves. Although animal products are sold, there is a lot of attention and consideration in where things come from such as materials, labor practices, and ethics.

Most important though is the sense of belonging and community that comes with being an owner and worker at the store.

Pros: High quality, low prices, Unique products, especially great vegan items

Cons: Sometimes things are out of stock, Occasionally long checkout lines
