Very cute cafe - Edit
Very cute cafe with great service. The food was good and sufficient options, with many cakes on display. The portions were quite small though so you do need multiple courses to fill you up which made it slightly pricier. I suppose not unusually so for Paris though! I'd highly recommend the croissants and the shiva bowl

Nice vibes, ok food - Edit
This had really sweet/cozy vibes and the service was great. The food was only okay however and I found that some parts of the dish were not the best like the wilted spinach with an aggressive amount of balsamic and something sweet, and the sort of unappatizibg cured tomatoes. Our drinks were lovely though and I would come again for a coffee and as a good place to read or talk (or work if you live in france)

Healthy and tasty - Edit
Airy space with simple decor. We're always on the lookout for places that offer healthy food and this fit the bill. We ordered the Shiva Bowl, the savory pancakes, a golden latte and a chamomile tea. Although the tea was 5.5 euros, it came in a large teapot so there were a couple cups worth. As we were finishing our meal the staff was putting out croissants and cookies, so we also got a spelt croissant. Everything was fresh and freshly prepared. And the portions were decent sizes.

Mixed opinion - Edit
The savoury pancakes were very good and my friend told me that her Buddha bowl was good as well. The only con is the size of the dishes, especially considering the prices.

Sad - Edit
I was very excited to discover this place, but was disapointed.
Read moreI took a rose, cardamom and dragon fruit latte with coconut milk but didn't taste any of these, instead I constantly had to spit out the spice particules that didn't blend well with the drink.
I then ate the "avocado pancakes" which did or did not have avocado, I don't know, I didn't see any nor taste any. The pancake dish itself wasn't bad, wasn't amazing either but very edible.
However, I had zucchini as a side, which was not mentioned in the menu, and I cannot eat zucchini unpeeled or I get sick. I thought I missread the menu, but upon check out I confronted the hostess about it and she only told me "it's because it always changes" and "we could make that more clear in the future". I didn't get an appology, nor was I offered anything else to make up for it.
Additionally the 3 or 4 salad leaves were of a questionable freshness which didn't make me want to eat them.
All in all I could not finish my plate, which is very sad, I didn't even want to finish my latte, all I wanted was to get out and go home.
Pros: you can eat a savoury dish for breakfast
Cons: unclear menu, disapointing food and drinks

Amazing flavors - Edit
Small eatery attached to a Yoga Studio. The small menu changes seasonally. I was lucky to visit during Rhubarb season and had an amazing sweet and savory rhubarb fennel toast. Service was a bit slow but very friendly and the food makes up for everything.

Continuous service - Edit
I came here for lunch as it didn’t seem to close after a lunch serving. I ended up getting her savoury toast which was really nice. It had vegan ricotta and pumpkin and mushrooms and chutney beetroot. The bread it was served on was nice. I also ordered an iced latte which was nice but I like my coffee stronger.

The food was tasty, but the portions weren’t too big and for that it was expensive (but that’s Paris isn’t it!?)

I can’t believe I waited a week to try this amazing place. Possibly one of the best meals I’ve had so far in a Paris. The savory toast had so many levels of flavors.

Healthy plates and yoga activities - Edit
Located at 28 rue Chapon, in Paris 3, a stone's throw from rue de gravilliers, this brand offers organic and vegan dishes and desserts that change every week.
Read moreThey offer very generous bowls and very good and original toasts, the filleted pink radishes are pleasant in the mouth and very soft.
It makes me want to taste everything.
For dessert, chocolate cakes, cinnamon rolls, granola; cheesecakes and cookies including matcha!
In terms of drinks, coffee, tea and Kombucha!!!
The decor is very clean with a harmony of colors in phase with the type of activity, coffee shop and yoga house.
The staff is very attentive to the customer.
As @yogamour teaches, Ground To Grow will open the Yoga section in early September 2022.
Congratulations to this place that mixes heathly, vegan dishes and yoga activity in phase.

Nice coffee shop in the Marais - Edit
It's very nice to have a new vegan café in this part of the Marais.
Read moreThe menu is rather varied for a small coffee shop as it consists of a couple of hot dishes, a savory toast, sweet pancakes, porridge, cookies and cakes.
We tried the «peanut addict» and the «creamy lentils» dishes along with the pancakes.
They were all delicious and nutritious.
The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pretty pleasant.
Will certainly come back soon.
Pros: tasty, location, friendly staff
