Enjoyed the food, have to be specific

Couldn't find the other veggie places so settled for here. Ordered a burrito bowl and a burrito with a tofu, asked for them to be vegan. The server had no idea what that was so I had to specify no cheese or vegan cheese (got no cheese) etc. The food was tasty but doesn't fill me with confidence that my order is definitely vegan when they don't know what vegan is.
