Very reasonably priced vegan option - Edit
I confirmed with a staff member that all food is fully vegan. I had a falafel sandwich meal which came with chips and a few olives. A bottle of water was 1JD so the whole meal was only 4.40JD. That's exceptional value for airport food!

Amman airport has good choice ! - Edit
Amman airport has better vegan choice than Paris ! Think this place is vegan now, it was ok, not the best falafel I've had but not expensive and you get a lot of food (chips and olives as extras)
