Serves meat, vegan options available. Restaurant located in a central London upmarket shopping centre. The fifth floor also has a separate bar area and food hall. Vegan afternoon high tea available, but with 24 hours notice given. 2-3 other vegan choices for offered for main course meals, as well as other dishes that can be made vegan. Open Mon-Sun 10:00-22:00.

Indian bistro

On the 5th floor there's Madhu's Brasserie, an Indian restaurant with a few marked vegan options. The food and service were lovely, the prices hight but yeah you're in Harvey Nichols. It's was OK, but I wouldn't go here unless you have people in your party who are addicted to meat because there's a lot more vegan friendly places in London.

Unexpected great find!

I met my aunt in central London and we wanted something a bit nicer than usual, so thought we’d see what Harvey Nichols had to offer.
I’d read that they had a vegan afternoon tea option but was then genuinely overwhelmed by other items on the main menu that were vegan:
Padron peppers that come with mayo, they just swap for vegan mayo, vegan toasted wrap was on offer as well as other options.
I think it was a special, but I tried the butternut Wellington with kale and it was delicious. We had the padron peppers to start.
For dessert they managed to find a vegan scone with jam and butter, vegan of course.

The service was really good and the waitress fully understood my requirements.  Would absolutely eat here again.  My non vegan aunt was also very impressed with my lunch, hers and the thoughtful service.

Pros: Good vegan options , Options to make existing dishes vegan , Very central location

Cons: Expensive, but that sort of comes with the loc , Serves meat & dairy
