Reasonable

I never love a place that has counter service and requires you to pick your food up. Everything is also served in disposable containers / cutlery which always feels very wasteful to me even if it's biodegradable etc.

Had the vegan tofu curry scramble.

The salad was simple but tasty. The curry wasn't very good and wasn't really a breakfast scramble. More a soupy thing with big chunks of tofu that was not sautéed. The potatoes, mushrooms and spinach were well prepared though.

Wasn't very flavourful and I was expecting a breakfast plate not a soupy bowl thing.

Limited options, disposable utensils

The tofu coconut curry hash is pretty good. Coffee is delicious- options of oat or almond milk. Also had avocado toast and lentil soup as vegan options.
Atmosphere is nice
The disposable cups, plates and utensils bothered me- just seemed wasteful - some compostable, most plastic and not recyclable.

Limited choices but quality food

Went in right before they closed for the afternoon and got some take-out. They had about three or four vegan options, but their menu items could be veganized if asked for no sour cream or cheese. I got their french lentil soup and it was very delicious and just what I needed for a cold day. They served it with a side of toast which was nice too. It reminded me of chili with Indian spices; it was super warming and hearty. The food was served a bit too hot and we had to wait a while for it to cool and be edible; the same with the latte, it was served too hot. I understand wanting to make sure the food is hot obviously since we got soup and lattes, but it was hard to even carry it without burning your hand. I also got their hot latte with oat milk. The latte was a bit lackluster and I had to add sweetener even though I asked for vanilla flavoring; I wish I had gotten their matcha latte instead. They were not busy at all, but it did take about 15 minutes to get the order to-go. I wish we could have sat down for the meal because the inside of the place was very cute!

Pros: nice vibe, hearty and delicious vegan soup, milk alternatives

Cons: longer wait time, food was too hot to hold/eat

Great Food!

I love their avocado toast and the fresh turmeric makes its extra delicious! The staff are super nice and my kids have a great time!!

The dining area inside is closed and there is only one picnic table outside but bring a few folding chairs and hang out on the grass or by your car.

Pros: excellent food, Options for everyone, Great Coffee

Cons: Limited Vegan Options, Limited Seating/Car Sitting Option

A little Gem

Hash doesn't have a ton of vegan offerings, but you'll generally be able to find one or two, and they'll be delish.

Last time I was there, the chef delighted in the challenge of free styling a vegan breakfast wrap for me.

Pros: Friendly service, Locally sourced and/or organic ingredients

Cons: Few vegan options
