...the august special, Bueno Roll, was increeeedibly sweet, and I have a VERY sweet tooth! It's not really an authentic bueno cream. Nonetheless, I love their rolls. The dough has the perfect texture and the filling ratio is excellent :))

Cinnamon Heaven in Antwerp - Edit
I was thrilled to discover that there’s a fully vegan cinnamon roll shop in Antwerp - especially one I hadn’t heard of before. I’m a huge fan of “Zeit für Brot” and “Cinnamood” in Germany, and Have a Roll definitely holds its own. The rolls are not as sweet as Cinnamood (which I appreciate) and the dough isn’t quite as fluffy as Zeit für Brot, but still super tasty – soft, flavorful, and not too heavy.
Read moreThe shop itself is fairly small but offers a wide variety of flavors, which made it really hard to choose. I ended up going for the pistachio classic – and it was absolutely delicious. In hindsight, I wish I had gone back to try more of their creations, because everything sounded amazing.
What made the experience even better was enjoying the cinnamon roll in the nearby Botanical Garden. It was such a peaceful and relaxing spot – the perfect decision and setting to savor such a delicious treat. A moment of calm and pure indulgence.
Definitely worth a stop if you’re into cinnamon rolls - or even if you think you’re not (yet)!

Read moreOn our visit, we sampled a few of their flavors: the classic, pistachio, speculaas, and peanut butter and jelly. The rolls are undeniably nice, fresh, and satisfying for a sweet treat. However, it's worth noting that they are good, solid cinnamon rolls, but perhaps not "next-level" or overly adventurous in their flavor profiles.
Out of the varieties we tried, the speculaas truly stood out as the highlight. Its warm, spiced notes perfectly complement the sweet roll and provide a comforting, familiar taste that sets it apart. If you're visiting Have A Roll, I would highly recommend opting for the speculaas flavor.
Overall, Have A Roll is a charming spot to satisfy a vegan cinnamon roll craving in Antwerp. While the rolls are enjoyable across the board, the speculaas flavor is the one to seek out for a truly memorable experience

De kaneelbroodjes waren erg lekker en alles was vegan! We hadden de classic en die met koffiesmaak. Naar onze mening waren ze net iets te krokant gebakken, maar voor de rest wel superlekker. De locatie was niet super en je kan er niet echt gezellig zitten.

Not great for the hips but amazing on the lips. Great choice of flavours. So tasty, keep well for a few days and I was told they could also be frozen. Great for gifting too. Friendly, helpful staff who lucky for me spoke great English. Definitely worth a stop if you're in Antwerp.

Went towards the end of my Amsterdam-Belgium holiday this August, and after just watching my non-vegan family enjoy pastries for a week, I was dying to have a treat too. Like any good cinnamon roll bakery, you smell it before you see it! Shared the blueberry, apple, and cookie dough flavours; blueberry was my favourite, but all the toppings are pretty understated because they aren't incorporated into the roll itself. Nevertheless, the actual roll itself is spot-on, 10/10. If you're visiting Antwerp on holiday, definitely stop here after visiting the Plantin-Moretus Museum!
