Solides veganes Café für unterwegs - Edit
Praktische Option in Shinjuku, besonders wenn man schnell etwas Veganes essen oder trinken möchte. Die Auswahl war gut und alles wirkte frisch und hochwertig, allerdings eher wie ein Café für To-Go als ein Ort, an dem man länger sitzen bleibt. Geschmacklich gut, aber für uns kein absolutes Highlight. Insgesamt trotzdem ein angenehmer Stop in der Gegend.

Great “tuna” sandwich - Edit
We stopped here on our way to Team Labs Planet. Thankfully it opens at 8am as not much vegan options do here. We ordered the “tuna” sandwiches to go. The bread was soft and on the sweeter side. Not much “tuna” in the sandwich but the lettuce and tomatoes were nice to have. We didn’t get to try any of the desserts.

This is a really nice little restaurant, the menu is small but still spoilt for choice. We had the lasagne and ‘tuna’ sandwich, followed by the chocolate cake. We enjoyed the cake so much we went back later that evening to buy a second slice to take away!

The coffee is really good and they have a nice variety of sandwiches and baked goods! We ate breakfast here and the sandwich was perfect for that. A bit pricey.

As we are not into CBD or similar stuff we were sceptical about that place as first. But it was also an open vegan place so we gave it a shot. ;)

Lasagna was tasty. Sandwiches were okay too. Chocolate cake was rich.
Overall all not a bad place. Food options a little limited for an all-day-restaurant.

Lovely small coffee shop. The staff is really nice and friendly. Don't be intimidated by the CBD theme, they have a lot of CBD-free options. We came here only for the vegan options.

This spot is tucked away, and soooo underrated. Fully vegan with CBD matcha. The lasagna absolutely slaps, and the sandwiches and desserts are unbelievable. Unpretentious. Super sweet and kind staff. Counter service. Ate here every chance I got.

Excellent non-CBD food in Shinjuku - Edit
This place is located in Shinjuku, Tokyo just one floor down from an Apple Store. It is a small place with few seats and seemed crowded. Some of the menu items contain CBD which I was not adventurous enough to try yet, so I ordered non-CBD food such as the lasagna and matcha. The food and beverage turned out to be great. The lasagna was warm and filling and the matcha was refined, tasty and refreshing. I will definitely come back here again when I'm back in Tokyo.

The lasagna while pretty simple was pretty delicious. The cheesecake was a bit dry but still palatable and not overly sweet which is a plus. I absolutely loved my strawberry matcha with CBD! Great place to get a nourishing quick meal.

Can’t judge the CBD quality, since my cake and drink had no CBD, but the cake and drink are not worth 😅😂, it’s an expensive shop, and the cocoa was super week, I barely taste some choco there and the cake was definitely not taste😅. So maybe if you are curious about CBD, or is intolerant to gluten, it’s an option, but I don’t think it’s a worthy option for Vegans, since there are many better options in Tokyo.

I was looking for vegan stuff not CBD so this place ended up being a great find (despite the confusing name) as half of the menu is non-CBD stuff like sandwiches and cakes. The ‘better-than-tuna’ sub was my favourite, although when I went back to get it for the second time the server put so little filling inside you could barely taste it. Still a dependable place for a coffee/cake for breakfast and it’s open a lot earlier than most other similar places. Only thing to watch out is that when we were there the shopping centre it’s located in opens at 1100 but this place opens at 0800 so the only way to access it is via the doors inside Shinjuku station.
