A small stall that offers vegan bread (banh mi chay) and soy milk. On full moon days (the 1st and 15th of the month) vegan pho (noodle soup) is also offered. Open Mon 9:00am-11:30pm, Tue-Sun 9:00am-8:30pm, Thu-Sun 6:30am-9:30am. Hours reported to be irregular.

Disappointing - Very little filling

I agree with the previous reviewer. The bahn mi was tasty but there was very little filling so didn't really feel substantial when eating. Also the Happy Cow address is wrong - the correct address is 136 Trần Phú in old town.

Skimpy Filling

First of all, they have moved and the happy cow map info is wrong. Second, the fillings were tasty enough but he portions were stingy. I would have liked more filling to make a better bread-to-filling ratio.

Superb !

Excellent vegetarian banh mi .. at Vietnamese 20,000 it was a bargain for a tasty meal. Best of all we were able to eat in the cafe opposite at Hai Cafe who allowed us to sit in their cafe and eat the banh mi provided we bought drinks there .. on a hot humid day .. no brainer.
We pay AUD15 for a vegan banh mi in Perth .. which BTW is also very good … but AUD15??

The best Banh Mi

This small Banh Mi Shop in Hoi An got my heart! The best Banh Mi I ever had. I had 2 Banh Mi for dinner and on the next day I had to go back to store and had 2 more for lunch. It’s amazing, cheap and so tasty!

Delicious and cheap

Yum! Delicious banh mi, and only 20K (about $1 USD). Cash only. Definitely hit the spot, enough that I ate two in a row. There could be a bit more filling added, but it's still good. I'll gladly eat there again.

Love this place so much!

We ordered just one sandwich and before we left had to get another! Delicious and affordable. It’s such a sweet place to sit and watch the world go by. Highly recommend. Everything is fresh as can be!

Super Banh Mi

Habe was leichtes zu Essen gesucht und bin zufällig an diesem kleinen Strand vorbei gelaufen.
Für umgerechnet 60 Cent bekommt man ein frisches, knuspriges gefülltes Baguette. War lecker!

Tasty Vegan Street-Style Banh Mi in Hoi An 🥖

The sandwich here was really good — fresh, flavorful, and such a nice way to enjoy the classic street-food banh mi experience in a fully vegan version. I just wish they added a bit more filling inside. I wouldn’t mind if the price increased slightly to match, because the flavors are great and the bread is perfect; it would just make the sandwich feel more complete.
