Those corn tortillas - Edit
I’m use to corn tortillas being hard or flaky, these were tender and perfect!

They were all tasty but lacking some depth and ingenuity. The emos was mostly black beans thus most of it shoots out the back of the taco with each bite. The potato’s were a nice size and good texture but cold. With the cabbage and pico it was just a cold taco. The Chicano Batman was really good but needed some cabbage or any other veggies with crunch to contrast the soyrizo. I enjoyed the spice!
Would return but I’ve already tried the vegan options and they’re ok!
