Really good breakfast spot - Edit
This is a chain and despite the name it is far from vegan but it is actually really good for vegan breakfast and all their cakes are vegan. The breakfast burrito is super tasty, especially the chili mayo dip it comes with, and their coffee is close to perfect too. Really cool atmosphere and interior, even if it seemed to be an influencer magnet somehow

Read moreWe were asked if we wanted to order extra protein, which we did, and one side each because they're small, when we wanted just one side. When the food came, it was too much and we ended up paying 24€ each for a grains bowl and drinks, which is steep for Spanish prices. 6.45€ for the extra tofu when the bowl was 10.45€ is quite abusive. We would have appreciated to be advised to order less and it was the opposite. We couldn't finish it. The drinks were not cheap either.
Next time, if there is a next, no extra protein and no side, and that would be a much better portion and I'm sure that a better price.

My new favorite non vegan place - Edit
I've gone there every day, for four days in a row. Seriously some of the best food at the best prices in Valencia. It feels like almost everything is vegan even though it's not. There are just so many choices and wherever possible you can see that they tried to make it vegan. Almost all of the sauces and mayo is vegan. There's even a smoked vegan creme fraiche! The tofu is some of the best I've had and I make pretty amazing tofu, LOL. You have to get the sweet potato fries. There's nothing ordinary about them. Everything is seriously delicious!

Al llegar haces cola, pides y te dan un aparato que vibra cuando la bebida está preparada para recogerla; la comida te la traen a la mesa. The system can seem a bit confusing at first, it's a bit unclear how to order. It's not a traditional restaurant where you sit at a table and order when you're ready, you have to queue and choose what to order at the same time, making sure you know what you want when you reach the counter (otherwise everyone behind you will wait for you). It's often super busy so it can add up to the stress.
Read moreAt least that's how it works if you don't have the app - I personally think it's worth downloading it if you can, even if you go there only once, because it will allow you to order from your phone when you're ready and jump the queue. The place is very popular and for good reason: the food is AMAZING. Ingredients are fresh, meals are well balanced, the vibes are fun (although it could be noisy) with a nice decor inspired by nature.
I had the falafel market plate and the sweet potato fries. It was so big I couldn't finish so I asked for a box to take the leftovers home. The matcha cheesecake was delicious. I feel so full of good food, I will 100% come back!

Honest Greens es un sitio increíble con muchas opciones veganas y gluten free. He ido muchísimas veces (en Madrid, Barcelona y Valencia) y aún me quedan platos por probar. La comida es de gran calidad, y la variedad nunca decepciona ya que están añadiendo platos nuevos frecuentemente.

A pesar de siempre tener cola, el servicio es muy rápido, tanto en el restaurante como en los pedidos a domicilio. También apoyan causas benéficas, lo que demuestra que es una empresa comprometida y con valores.

Excellent vegan options! - Edit
We ate at a few locations during our trip to Spain. Lots of clearly labeled vegan options. The choices are a nice break from the standard veggie burgers and faux meats that are usually offered. Just satisfying, affordable, fresh food. We had the falafel plate, the herbed tofu, breakfast burrito and some of the salads and bowls. It was so nice to have healthy options available when traveling.
