Simple but good

This place has very very simple dishes (that almost never change, so a bit monotonous). It is macrobiotic so many vegetables are missing in their preparations (no onion, potatoes, aubergines or tomatoes to name a few). This said, food is healthy and they use very high quality products. The sauvory food beats the desserts with no doubt.
What I like most is that they sell products from “Salvia” brand (the best seitan ever) and they also sell biological vegetables a good quality bread.
