Full vegan tasting menu

I loved that they recreated the omni dishes with vegan ingredients. Even made a hazelnut soft mozzarella cheese. I could eat the exact same creations as my partner. The flavors and sauces were impeccable. Lots of fresh veggies and delicious vegan desserts. They lose one star in that the meal was nearly 100% vegetables. No grains or protein were added- didn’t lose in flavor but not a highly nutritious meal. Was left feeling satisfied but not full, which is a good thing.

Pros: High quality creations, Friendly staff, Nice ambience

Cons: Expensive, No proteins for the vegan menu (100% veggies)
