Huge variety of vegan options - Edit
A bit expensive, but I’ll always pay extra for some good vegan pastries!
Read moreWe had iced matcha lattes with coconut milk, one pastry with mango and passionfruit and one pastry called pistachio chocolate tart (as far as I remember). The second one was amazing, it tasted like Kinder Maxi King, the mango and passionfruit pastry was a bit less sweet, which we also liked.

Croissants and Co-Working Space - Edit
I met up with some digital nomads in the upstairs area at indigo’s. It was such a great space and so many coffees, teas, treats, and a full vegetarian menu.

Great Pre-Ferry Option - Edit
For years there was only ever Nira's open early enough to get some refreshments before getting on the early boat. The vegan options there are pretty limited so glad to see that Indigo opened another branch near the pier having been a fan of their Hin Kong branch for a long time. They open at 7:00 so if you're getting on the 8:00 AM ferry to Don Sak now you can come here to grab a bite!
Read moreThe food and drinks are both overpriced but are really good and it's a lovely place.
I only had time to grab the raspberry snickers slice which was a lot at 180b but delicious and filling. I was glad to have something to eat before the long journey to CM as you'll find almost nothing on the boat, ferry port or airport.
Pros: Opens early, Labelled, tasty vegan options
Cons: Not all vegan, Expensive

Overpriced but good - Edit
Lot of vegan options from different cuisines. I tried middle eastern food which was good and the scrambled tofu bowl, but this was way too salty for me. Too expensive but at least the portions are generous.

Pros: Lot of options

Loads of great, vegan-friendly options - Edit
We visited Indigo several times during our visit to Koh Phangnan, mainly for coffee, but on one occasion for dinner - delicious mezze of falafel, tabbouleh, hummus and baba ghanoush, with pitta and sourdough bread in the side - all vegan friendly, of course.
Read moreOn other visits, with our coffee, we tried the blueberry cheesecake (looks amazing) and chocolate cookie.
They have another branch a little further out from town.
The menu is almost fully veggie and loads of great vegan-friendly options. Hope they make the switch to at least veggie if not vegan.
Pros: Lots of vegan-friendly options, Lovely atmosphere
Cons: Not fully veggie or vegan
