The dried persimmon one 👏 - Edit
I only sampled three and regret not ordering more. The ones I tried were minimally sweet (great!), and the rice layer was pleasantly light (not overly chewy or doughy like it often can be). I’ll definitely try more next time I visit - they have a beautiful selection of interesting flavours.

Majority of items sold here are vegan. I tried the mandarin mochi which was delicious. Great quality fruit and soft delicate mochi.
