No es huevo ni tortilla, lo que lleva es tofu rebozado! Buenísimo el caldo y los fideos caseros

Vegan Ramen

The vegan ramen was delicious. The local is so cozy and enchanted. The staff is really polite, they explained how the machine works to order.

the broth was really tasty, and overall would recommend visiting here. 7/10 (10 being the vegan ramen near team labs tokyo)

Delicious vegan ramen

Don’t let the picture on the ordering machine fool you - there is no egg in this ramen! I’m also a sucker for yuzu and that’s this ramen’s special touch 😊

Best vegan ramen I had in Japan!

Delicious white miso soy milk ramen made with local ingredients! Broth was amazing, with hints of yuzu, and toppings were amongst the most generous I encountered in Japan for a vegan ramen - came with a large fried tofu pocket, and some veggies. Staff are super friendly as well!

This place is quite popular, so be prepared to queue up - we waited about 1hr when we arrived at 2pm on a weekday. Space is also quite limited inside as well - it is all counter seating overlooking the kitchen area so may not be suitable for larger groups.

Ordering is done through a vending machine which accepts cash only - the single vegan option is clearly labelled.
