Amazing flavor

Wish I could give 5 stars

This is hands down the best Thai food I've ever had. There are clearly marked vegan items on the menu. The spring rolls were huge and delicious. The yellow curry was so flavorful! The tofu was well cooked. Everything was great. We almost passed it up since it wasn't fully vegan but so glad we didn't!! They even asked about food allergies. Go eat here, you will not be disappointed.

Pros: Clearly labeled vegan and vegetarian options, Huge portions, Super friendly staff

Cons: A little pricey but huge portions so had leftovers

Large portions and many combination options

Jerah offers several combinations of dishes with vegetables and vegetables/tofu as options. The portions were generous and delicious. They see animal friendly - there were several casual cats lazing about.

Note: this restaurant is cash only.

Delicious Vegan friendly Thai food

The Vegan Som Tam (Green Papaya 🥗)freshly made was delicious beyond belief. As a vegan of 34 years, I have often failed to get Som Tam because Thai restaurants often remake it with fish sauce already added.

Instead here I found a hostess knowledgeable in Veganism who served the best Som Tam I have ever had ( including in Thailand). Made by a German Chef with High Standards.

There is a Yellow Curry available for Vegans 🌱 and it was also delicious.

The portions size was ultra generous 🥳🥳🥳🥳

The Vegan Spring Rolls were divine as well.

Besides the amazing service and great sense of humour I was very impressed with the Hostess’ direct questioning of each guest if they had any food allergies 🤧

And please As with most places in Costa Rica 🇨🇷 JERAH TAKES CASH ONLY ( Colones, US or Canadian Dollars). For those that cannot read it clearly marked on the menu even…. JERAH TAKES CASH ONLY.

Amazing Thai restaurant

This place is great! Food is super tasty, staff is friendly and speaks English, cool atmosphere. The fried tofu is so good, best I've ever had! You can add it to all the main dishes, some are vegan and many others are veganizable. They only accept cash. The main dishes are pricey but its a huge portion so it's totally worth it!

Lovely place with a few vegan and gluten free options

The place is lovely and offers a few vegan and gluten free options. Staff is attentive.

Excellent food—5 stars

Amazing place to eat. The food is superb bursting with unique flavors. The spring rolls are light and crispy and are the best I’ve ever had. The yellow curry is to die for. The atmosphere feels as if you are sitting in a treehouse. While waiting for our food, we saw a toucan, iguana, and blue hawk. Ten stars out of five!!

Great Tasting Thai in Jaco

I loved the ambience of the restaurant and found that most of the items on the menu were vegetarian/vegan friendly or could be substituted! Highly recommend the Tom Kha Gai soup.

Pros: vegetarian/vegan substitutions welcome, great atmosphere, friendly staff

Great experience. Tasty food.

I really enjoyed the full experience of eating here. The wait staff and the owner were very personable. There were several vegan options/things that can easily be modified to be vegan. The food was delicious! Everyone I went with (veg and nonveg) enjoyed their dishes!
