Great bowls - Edit
The vegetarian (Yamato Yasai) sushirrito and bowl can easily be made vegan just by switching out the sauce. Or you can just build your own bowl. Everything is clearly labeled (allergens) and the employee was really nice and explained my questions about ingredients. She stuffed my to go bowl to the rim. I had the Yamato Yasai Bowl which is originally vegetarian made vegan with teriyaki sauce insted of sesame. It was tasty and filling.

I always buy the “make it your own” option with Yamato Tofu. Despite having only one vegan “protein”, I love the quality of the ingredients.
