I'm a big fan of Korean food, so I was intrigued by the concept of a Korean burger joint... but sadly it was all a bit underwhelming. Yeah, there's kimchi & gochujang, but the flavours are all a bit toned down. Nice enough, but nothing special.

The Korean burger and the special fries were exceptionally tasty, so crisp and a perfect balance of sweet and salty. The tofu burger was great too, but was over shadowed by the other.
You've got to try this place, it's funky, has plenty of seating and customer service is lovely.

Vegan burger joints are quite easily found compared to any other non-burger vegan joint. Half of the time they’re pretty decent, but repetitive and similar: mediocre bun, Beyond Meat Burger… Kitsune Burgers does it differently! Fresh homemade buns, a plethora of homemade fillings and sauces… and all of them touching base with Korean cuisine. It’s splendid, it’s marvellous and I would take the whole place home with me if it was at all possible!

Asian Fusion Burgers You Simply Must Try - Edit
Kitsune Burgers is a place where I want to try everything on the menu! Unfortunately, I was in a rush, so I didn’t get a chance to take any photos, but I can confirm that it was incredibly tasty. I chose the Korean Tofu Burger and also tasted the Double Smash. Both were absolutely delicious. The fluorescent lights in the restaurant might not be very inviting, but please do go there. I can’t wait to come back. Thankfully, I’m in Brussels regularly, and for this spot, it’s definitely worth facing the busy tourist area!

Highly recommend this place. The burgers are delicious & portions are very generous. Myself & my partner came here twice on our very short trip in Brussels. I had the Korean burger which had a pleasant amount of spice & my partner had the bacon smash which he loved. Staff are really nice as well.

If you’re up for something different, try this Asian-style burger place. It’s good and original (smashed thin homemade falafel-style burger), but at the same time not as impressive as it could be. Great buns, but much of the flavour seems to be coming from the sauces/toppings, the burger patty itself was a bit underwhelming. I loved the rice balls though. The menu is, however, too limited to go back again.

I’ve eaten many vegan burgers in my life and this is probably in the top 3 if not the best one. I had the simple smash burger with a side of fries… delicious! The patty is made of beans which I really appreciate and enjoy. Bun is soft and delicious. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended!
