I'm not exaggarating when I'm saying this was the best meal I've had in Brussels.

we were seated outside but the interior was really nice too, with lots of japanese posters.
you definitely shouldn't miss it!
(there's also free tap water)

Very tasty food, I loved the burger and kimchi slaw. Good portion and not so heavy for a burger 🍔. I highly recommend!

They currently have a pop-up restaurant at Rue des Bouchers 30 until August 2022. I had the tofu burger and furikake fries (with relish dip), it was all really good!! I will definitely come back to try the other burgers.
