Great vegan options - Edit
Menu clearly shows the vegan options, and there are quite a few. The server was very friendly and spoke English. The tofu buns were really good and came with yummy fried potatoes. I preferred the mushroom dumplings to the veg ones.

Read moreTodo lo vegano está señalado en la carta pero se equivocaron con mi pedido y me entregaron dumplings de cerdo, por suerte mi amigo se dio cuenta porque yo había pedido al vapor y eran fritos, así que no los comí.
El caldo del ramen no era el mejor, las brochetas que trae de tofu sí estaban bien ricas, pero he probado ramen mil veces mejores.

Vale mucho la pena visitarlo si te encanta la comida asiática. Se llena de noche así que en lo posible hacer reserva por la página web. Aunque si no se consigue reservar en la web dice q vayas igual. En mi caso no había lugar y esperamos unos 15 min como mucho. Muy buena atención. Me encantaron los dumplings de hongos y el ramen shoyu ajo vegano con tofu.

Hacía mucho tiempo que no comía algo tan sabroso. Los dumplings son una delicia, te da ganas de comprar una docena por persona. Los buns son muy ricos, probé dos: recomiendo fuertemente el de gírgolas, tanto por su textura como por el perfecto equilibrio de sabores; el de tofu rebozado, por su parte, es para quienes prefieren algo más fuerte de sabores y bien ajustado a la cocina china, con aires de pollo teriyaki.

I've never had dumplings before and they were great. If you are hungry you might be able to finish two servings. I opted for one, and only realized later that I can go and pick my own sauces by counter myself.

Read moreThe vegan options are not just mushroom dumplings as described in the description, you can also get vegan ramens, vegan salads also.
However we tried two ramens and one dumpling options and I must say the dumplings were amazing but the ramen not so amazing. The sauce of the ramen unfortunately was bland and the noodles over cooked/startchy. The tofu however on top was incredible.
I should have looked around to see that 90% of tables were ordering dumplings, its clearly known for that and would recommend 100% to any veggie/vegan to go.
Bit of a wait for food but was worth it.

pleasantly surprised by this new restaurant in palermo! they don't advertise their vegan options but the manager confirmed to me that their vegetarian options are also vegan, which were very good!
