The farmer’s soup was ok - Edit
The vibe is weird since it shares space with an italian spot, the only vegan item was the ramen-like soup dish

One option but good - Edit
The restaurant shares space with a pizza place, so it was kind of confusing to find. There is one vegan noodle bowl (farmers harvest) but it's massive and super good.

delicious but few options - Edit
i really enjoyed my farmers broth option but that is the only vegan main meal choice, and there are no vegan options on the Italian side of the menu- a few more options would be nice

Pretty good, but very limited options - Edit
The farmers harvest now has tofu and I thought the broth was good, so they may have updated it since some of the previous reviews - I'm picky about veggie broth. We also got the rosso pizza from bambolina which is in the same space. It was okay, just some sauce and roasted garlic on it. I like my pizza loaded with veggies, though. No vegan cheese available either.
Read moreThose two things are the ONLY vegan entrees on either menu as of me writing this review, so it would be nice to see some more options. For appetizers they have edamame.
I also wish they had more non alcoholic & non caffeinated drink options, but that's less of a vegan option thing and more of a me not drinking or wanting caffeine at 7pm thing.
Struggled to decide 3 or 4 stars but overall I think "fair" is accurate for me.
Pros: Decent pricing, Hard to find vegan ramen up here otherwise
Cons: Very limited vegan options

A good option when dining with non-vegans - Edit
I got the farmers harvest ramen and it was really good but I agree with other reviews that it was a bit bland. I wish that it had a little bit of spice to it but is a great option if you’re dining with people that do not want to go to a vegan restaurant!

Bland and no protein - Edit
The most underwhelming ramen I’ve had in my life. They also don’t offer tofu or any other vegan protein. I’d skip this one

Bland food! - Edit
Unfortunately they are not great! I was super excited when i saw the ratings on this place that maybe i finally found a ramen place closer to home then downtown Boston. Disappointing to say the least. I actually had a few bites and ended up taking it home so i can add more ingrid is ya to it to make it better.

Limited options but great food and drinks - Edit
We love going to Kokeshi and usually have lunch or sit at the bar. They don’t have a ton of options but they have a couple miso based soups and a few appetizers. The soup is very good, with fresh ingredients (we prefer the farmers harvest) and is substantial enough for us to share (they will give you two bowls if you request to split it). We ordered the pickled veggies which were good but the portion was very small. The bok choy is very flavorful and the kimchi is delicious and vegan. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. The atmosphere is really interesting, I would definitely recommend stopping by even just to hangout and have a drink. We’ve gone so many times and are always very happy with the food and service.
