The best ramen I've had - Edit
I wish I could give 5 stars. This place had a big queue, but dang it was worth the wait. This ramen was the best I've had in my life. The vegan charsui was soo good, it had the perfect amount of charring and the smokiness added an awesome depth to the overall flavour. The broth was perfect, but you could spike it with extra toppings provided at your booth.

Flavorful Bowl of Ramen - Edit
Had a delicious bowl of their vegan ramen. Menu is clearly labeled and the shop is tiny but great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend if you’re on the hunt for great ramen in Akihabara!

Vegan soy ramen - Edit
The vegan option (soy ramen) is mild and tasty, with a big piece of fake meat. It's without MSG so not noticeably salty, I don't really get why. Tried it both during and outside the dinner rush - definitely recommend outside. A little cramped, but isn't that the authentic ramen experience?

Best ramen I had in Japan - Edit
It was a five stars restaurant for me. The ramen is clearly indicated at the menu. We waited like 15 minutes but had no regrets. The ramen was really good!

Great vegan ramen - Edit
Two options for vegan ramen, both tasty. Effort is made to provide a soy protein with the ramen, rather than just broth and noodles. Clear signage outside. And kaedama available for a very reasonable price. Yum!

You’ve got to try it! - Edit
The vegan ramen with soy char sui is super tasty! I like a little spice in mine, so I add extra hot pickles and spice to the ramen and it enhances it really well. I’m vegetarian so I added an egg to the vegan ramen, and I found that super tasty as well. The vegan options are very clearly marked on the menu, and offer the option to remove onion/garlic as well. This is the second location I’ve visited and found the taste and presentation the same high quality.

Amazing!!! - Edit
The vegan options are clearly posted and they have a menu in English too! The noodles were fresh and our vegan bowls were delicious. It’s a small restaurant with a cozy feel. We definitely plan on coming back!

Small classic Japanese store, with a very tasty vegan ramen. Two different vegan Ramen were available. The waiting time here can be very long. But I think it's worth it.

Yummy Ramen 🍜 - Edit
We had really great ramen from this restaurant and the broth was really yummy. If you’re vegetarian, you can add other toppings such a an egg to your ramen (which I did) but my husband had vegan.

Best vegan ramen! - Edit
Outstanding vegan ramen. We had to wait for 45 minutes to get a table but the wait was totally worth it. The broth was delicious and they offer a noodle top-up option which is very reasonable. Must visit if possible!

Awesome, but never waited so long for anything - Edit
I cannot remember to ever have waited that long for any kind of food. But the Vegan Ramen is awesome. There is only one option with some extras and variations.

Takes long to get it, but it was good - Edit
I‘m not sure if I would wait again about 40 minutes to get in, but the ramen was nice. There‘s just one - with soy sauce - and you can decide if you want it without garlic or something else I forgot… and, extra „meat“
Read moreThere are also spices at the table which you can use, which were quite tasty and sesame, too.
There is Instant take away ramen, too. We bought it but haven‘t tried it yet.
Pros: Tasty
Cons: Looooong waiting in a row before entering, Just one vegan ramen

Best vegan ramen in Tokyo - Edit
Even if the title is a bit provocative, there is a lot of truth in it. During our vacation in Japan we tried several ramen restaurants and this one not only offered the most authentic experience, but also the best taste. The broth is very tasty and the ingredients are plentiful. Buddhist option (without five pungent roots) available.

The best ramen - Edit
Please pay a visit to Kyushu Jangara!
Read moreWe came here twice on a 4-day stay in Tokyo (this is how good this was). There was a line both times (we arrived before 7pm both times), so be prepared to wait. The host will give you a menu as you wait in line to get your order in, so when you sit the food arrives very quickly.
There is only one vegan ramen option that you can order with one (1120 yen) or three char-siu (1420 yen). The broth is greasy, but super light, and it’s just so delicious! The char-siu is meaty and tasty.
We visited many ramen places throughout our stay in Japan, and this was in our top 2 (#1 on my list, #2 for my husband).
Pros: Ramen
Cons: Long line, be prepared to wait

Ottimo ramen! - Edit

New fav ramen (1 of 2 favs) - Edit
The only one comparable to T's ramen so far. Don't know which I like better as they were both amazing! I will be having them turn for turn from now on. I only got the small serving of soy meat because I'm usually not too impressed with it, but next time, I will be getting the larger serve of soy meat. Definitely a must try when in tokyo ❤️
