Good pho - Edit
Funky place with neon lights. Came here for pho and was not disappointed! Portions are pretty big. Their imperial rolls can be made vegan.

The place is well designed and the vibe inside is quite nice. They also have a patio during summertime. I have tried the vegan pho and the mee kola, both were quite good.
