Perfect vegan stay in Florence - Edit
We stayed with Gabriele and Luca for a week at the end of October and couldn't recommend it enough. Every day there was an amazing vegan breakfast, it really feels like a home away from home and I love the way it is decorated!
Read moreIt's a bit further out from the city, but we got the bus in everyday (bus stop at the end of the road, which you can tap on with contactless, takes 20 mins) and we even walked back one day by the river, it was a pleasant walk and took probably about an hour.
The highlight of the trip was the vegan cooking class we did with Gabriele at the end of the week, we made lots of delicious pasta, learnt lots and took the recipes back home, so we can hopefully recreate some of it too!
Highly, highly recommend for a stay in Florence. We hope to come back!

Non vi riesco a dire il piatto che più mi ha colpito, perché erano tutti i buoni..antipasto con un panino speciale (sogno il formaggio di ceci!), ravioli spettacolari, spezzatino buonissimo e soprattutto i dolci vegan più buoni che abbia mai assaggiato 😚
Grazie chef della bella serata e della bellissima esperienza..

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B vegano per una notte a ottobre '23.
Read moreSi tratta di un appartamento convertito a B&B, comodamente raggiungibile con l'autobus 6 dalla stazione di Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Noi eravamo senza macchina e non abbiamo avuto problemi.
Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, ma i punti di forza sono sicuramente gentilezza e simpatia del proprietario e del cuoco e soprattutto... la colazione! Finalmente una vera colazione vegana in albergo, abbondante e deliziosa! È stata davvero una piacevole sorpresa.
Se ci ricapiterà di passare per Firenze, sapremo dove pernottare. Non posso che consigliare la Sosta de' Savi!

Perfect starting place for a holiday in Firenze - Edit
We had an amazing stay. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise each morning. Prepared by an experienced and very friendly vegan chef. The room was very cosy and had everything we needed. We fell very welcome and got some good tips about Firenze and it’s vegan scene. The historical center is easily reachable by bus.
