I had lunch at La vegana last Sunday and enjoyed it thoroughly. It's a fast food, so you'll find lots of fries and fried tofu/soy, and everything's good and tasty. A bit heavy, though, so I wouldn't go there everyday, but still it's a nice place! The owners are very lovely too!

Read moreI’ve only tried the vegan “chicken tears” with fries, but they also had German Fritz limo which is nice and served a little portion of spiced potatoes which was awesome. They are very friendly and the vibes are just very relaxing!

Te ofrecen los típicos platos de málaga en su versión vegana. Precio económico pensando en la zona en la que está. Hacen ellos el alioli. Sirven rápido aunque haya mucha gente y con muy buen trato. Muy ricas las albóndigas en salsa de almendras y las gambas al pil Pil... Pero mi plato favorito fue la crestita!!! Estaba de muerte y de postre el mejor es el bizcocho de chocolate con nata de fresa. La nata es casera también está súper sabrosa. Me quedé con ganas de probar las croquetas. Por supuesto volveré!!

I had dinner with my girlfriend a week ago and it was a hoot and a half. The food was vegan-adapted from Spanish traditional recipes. Chorizo al vino, croquetas, campero (a very popular dish from Málaga) and crestita were delicious. We talked to the owner/waiter and he was attentive and helpful.

The stuff is really nice, explains their menu if needed. I can really recommend las croquetas del dia (espinaces al ajillo) and los palitos de queso frito. Everything is served in a really nice way. Also the prices are fair.

The first time is went to this restaurant I said the the owner that I was so happy and excited that there finally was a tapas place where I could eat. She said "thats why it's called La Vegana, because every time I went out for tapas with my friends they didn't know what to feed me, aside from a plate of chips".
Read moreI have nothing but compliments for these guys. The food is very impressive. I'm still trying to get over the potato omelette and the chorizo. All the dishes are traditional Spanish tapas, vegan style and it's just superb. The are super nice and you can tell they genuinely want you to enjoy the food.
Ps.: On Sundays they have the tapa of the day caña for €3.
Pros: Everything is vegan, the location is great.

It’s nice to be able to join in the tapas scene in the heart of Malaga. Plenty of gluten free options. Most things come with potatoes so there’s no need to order any or you’ll end up with a lot of them. The owners and staff are really nice. It’s quite new but always seem to be full of people which is great.

The menu is just on Spanish, so we needed a little help. But after talking to the waiter (who barley spoke English😅) we decided to go with a variety of some tapas.. he said, everything is good and we thought, “it’s all Vegan” so it should be alright. And it was!🙌🏽 We had 5 different Tapas and two drinks (if you buy drinks, they will bring you a tapa for free.. always;) the Food was delicious and the staff very friendly☺️
