Restaurant on Had Lamai 4, which is thought of as an unnamed street, a little north of the gas station and morning market (same side of the street). Has a daily changing menu which usually includes Thai dishes with mock meat options. Removed honey in 2016. Open Mon-Fri 12:00pm-3:30pm.

Read moreIt a single beautiful woman who owns and runs Lamai Veggie, and she was very friendly to talk to. She told us that she opens each day except Sundays, and from “Around 11:30am until 3:30pm, just for lunch.”.
Her menu is small because she says that basically she cooks for herself each day but makes enough to share with her customers. What a great ethos! So there is a ‘Daily Set’ which changes often, but also a burger and you can add small protein items should you wish. I had the daily set and my partner had the burger, along with a couple of desserts and everything was delicious. Very good indeed. Good portion sizes too.
We’ll be back many times while we’re staying on Koh Samui. It’s a 30 minute ride by scooter for us but definitely worth it! 💚

The owner is super friendly and makes a different set daily. For 120 THB, you get a complete meal that is clean and tasty.

Got a plate of the day which was delicious. It felt like the healthiest meal I had in my stay at Thailand, I felt energised after. The lady there was also very sweet.

Cheap and comically good! Some people have complained about portion size but I’m a 6’3 220lb American man and just the curry plate was more than enough food.

We had the set menu which came with a curry and rice, a lentil soup, bread, and salad. Was 120baht each and super filling and wholesome. All ran by one lovely woman who speaks great English. They also sell vegan products like soy protein and vegan duck and chicken etc in cans.

Cute and traditional little cafe, where the one-woman owner/cook is just lovely. Everything is vegan, so no need to question it. We had the set meal, kombucha and dessert, which was all delicious. The owner stated that she was the original only-vegan restaurant in the region and she wanted to spread the vegan love! Definitely worth the visit.

I just checked, that i have never made an review about Lamai Veggie. I have been there more than 100 times. Khun Bee is such a lovely person and cooks not just with food but also with her heart. The food is very good. She serves a daily set, which has always small changes. Wednesday is Burger day. But most of the time i go for the Set.

Make sure you get one of the desert slices they are really nice - we got a coconut and chocolate one and a lime and coconut one!
Meal was cheap.

Sells a really affordable and delicious daily set, which is a platter of different dishes that changes every day. Had lunch here twice in our 3 day stay, loved it! And the lady is so kind. Cooks thai and added some Indian style dishes too. Road outside is not too busy.

Very tasty vegan food, affordable prices, and a friendly owner. You have a choice between a Thai food set menu and a burger, both of which are delicious. Thete is also a selection of cakes, but, unfortunately, no coffee on the menu to go with the treats. For drinks, I chose kombucha, which had the perfect taste and wasn't too sweet. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely service and the lunch concept was superb, with different elements making up a daily set menu (allowing you to sample lots of different things). My partner also got a desert, which was delicious, and we bought a mock duck can from the little shop. Two sets (120THB for the curry set and 160THB for the burger), 1 mock dock (55THB) and 1 dessert (80THB) cost us only 415 total

Very nice owners! I had a Set Menu and my husband tried the Burger. Both was really good. Homemade Kombucha was very refreshing. The Drinks came in iced Cups which was reeeally refreshing as well. They also sell some Stuff Like canned Mock Duck or Soy Chunks at the Store.
