Would return for the vegan tuna empanadilla - Edit
They cater to vegans extremelly well, half of the menu is vegan and there's great variety. I found a food item I wasn't allergic to, which is enough for me to top rate.

Más de la mitad de sus opciones son veganas, lo cual da mucha tranquilidad, y están enormemente elaboradas. Además, los días que hay concierto en el Movistar Arena tienen una especie de menú oferta y por unos 10 € te entran tres empanadillas y bebida.
El sitio es muy acogedor y el personal muy agradable. Además, todos los postres son veganos y también hacen sandwiches de miga y quiches veganas que tienen una pinta increíble.
Os animo a probarlas.

Probamos 6 empanadas, la mitad del total del local son veganas, además, todos los postres también son veganos. A cuál empanadas más rica, y qué decir del postre que probamos, de 10 también.

Vegan AND gluten-free empanadas! - Edit
I was so happy to finally find somewhere that had empanadas that were both vegan AND gluten-free! The ladies working there were so very kind and helpful in making sure I understood which options were celiac-friendly, and which were gluten-free but could have traces. I think there were 3 or 4 options for celiac-friendly vegan empanadas, and there were several overall vegan options. There are also other items like quiches, and then lots of sweet treats too, like alfajores, mini pies, banana bread etc. Everything I got from there was DELICIOUS and I ended up going back to get more. I would highly recommend this place, both from a quality of the food/amount of options perspective, and because of how friendly and kind the service was.

Es la primera vez que encuentro empanadas tanto veganas como sin gluten! Existen también empanadas con gluten, pero es bueno saber que existen en sin gluten (con trazas) y en sin gluten libre de trazas.

A tener en cuenta: las empanadas veganas sin gluten las tienen congeladas, te las dan así y tienes que pasarlas al horno en casa.
También habíamos probado los alfajores veganos, que también hay opciones sin gluten. Muy ricos con el dulce de leche vegano! Aunque me habían dado los alfajores en una simple bolsa de papel y aunque tuve mucho cuidado, se aplastaron en el camino.

Excellent Empanada place in Goya - Edit
About half the options here are vegetarian and vegan. The quality of the product and flavor is outstanding. The place is very pretty and inviting and the staff is superb. In my view, the best empanada place in Madrid! They have artisanal beers, wine and delicious desserts.

I was super glad to hear that they had just opened a brand new location right next to my place. Their menu is almost entirely all vegan with 10 different sorts of vegan empanadas, 4 vegan quiche flavors, even vegan desserts. Their humita vegan empanada was super good. They also had a mango kombucha that I had never seen anywhere else! I wish they’d go fully vegan :)
