Easy to get your WFPB/vegan 🥑 good things - Edit
Easy, fast and very tasty! Laughing planet has been a regular stop for years. Love the variety of choices. Lots of healthy options with locally sourced ingredients! If only they would cut the meat this would be a 5-star review.

Quick and easy - Edit
Laughing Planet has lots of clearly marked vegan options and is willing and able to modify other menu items to make them vegan. All their salad dressings are vegan (including a vegan caesar and an oil-free garlic tahini) and they have tofu, tempeh, and vegan cheese. It's a good spot for a quick, healthy, and satisfying bite. They have multiple locations around Portland which I have made use of many times when out and about with people who are resistant to going to an all-vegan restaurant (and also when I'm by myself).
