A must-visit for vegans in Bucharest - Edit
As we entered the restaurant, i had high expectations, surpassing those of my family. The owner, a really sociable woman who tolerated my constant switching between english and romanian, handed us menus in both languages. The restaurant itself is quite cozy, the location is tastefully decorated. We were three people, and we ordered: Sarmale, VegFriptura, and Vegburger de Pui, with drinks. I must say, they took quite some time to arrive, but that's completely fine considering that A - there aren't that many people working, and B - the food is absolutely worth the wait, the cooks really put their attention in what they were cooking, and the food was appreciated by me and by my non-vegan family alike (i must shout-out the Sarmale, not my order but it's a highlight). The portions are abundant and the flavors are authentic and strong. Me and my brother wanted dessert so we got Papanași and Amandină, which again, took some time to get to us, but the wait was worth it as both were some of the tastiest desserts we ever had. I really recommend Level Up, it has some of the most variety in a menu for a vegan restaurant that I've ever seen, so much so that i was undecided on what to get up until the last second. Hopefully i can come back to Bucharest soon and try all that I haven't tried.

Great selection, great food - Edit
There is a wide selection of dishes to choose from, and the dishes themselves are good. There are traditional Romanian dishes, as well as pizzas, burgers and deserts. I've tried as many as possible, and especially liked the sarmale (if you like cabbage) and the amandine cake.
Read moreThe location doesn't look impressive from the outside, but it's nice and cosy downstairs and the staff is charming.

Great experience - Edit
We went in the evening and had soup, which was delicious and the kebab, that was really nice. The lady there was very welcoming and explained with patience. The toilet was very clean, which is important too. When I visit Romania again, I'll definitely go back!

Nice - Edit
I’m glad I visited this vegan restaurant — there aren’t many vegan places in Bucharest. The seating area is quite spacious, but you have to go downstairs. I had the polenta, and the others had falafel and pizza. The portion of polenta was quite big for me, I had trouble finishing it — next time I’d try the pizza instead. The atmosphere is interesting, and I was happy to be able to try traditional Romanian food in a vegan version here.

Read moreI ate the sarmale and it was delicious.
The only con was the waiting time. The girl who worked here was by herself and of course she couldn't handle all the orders at the same time. She was very nice though🥺

Must try for traditional vegan food - Edit
As a vegan visiting Bucharest and Romania for the first time, it was great to find a place that serves traditional food in a vegan version.
Read moreWe (a couple) decided to share and try as much as possible. We ordered two main dishes and a side dish, leaving some space for 2 desserts. Everything was delicious, and the quality of the ingredients and passion that went into preparing them was clear.
The staff were very friendly and happy to offer suggestions and recommendations.
I would strongly recommend it if you are looking for good food in a welcoming environment.

This was my first time trying traditional Romanian food, and it was worth it! The portions were large and excellent quality ofc. I tried their polenta, which was truly delicious. then i ordered fries (excellent) and popcola. I would have given it 5 stars if the wait had been shorter, but I recommend everyone to go there; it's definitely one of the best places to eat in Bucharest.
