Do not miss coming here if you’re in LA - Edit
3 friends and I shared several “shared plates”, one dessert and two bottles of chilled Grenache (my dog also got the peanut butter cookies which were great). The food was so fresh and full of flavor. My favorites were the mushroom duxelles and brussel sprouts! We weren’t able to finish our food bc we were so satiated and it was nice having leftovers the next day. I will definitely be coming back here next time I’m in town.

great brunch spot! - Edit
i've been here twice--once for their weekend brunch & once for their regular lunch menu, both times were amazing! they have really creative dishes, combining flavors in exciting ways. the staff is really laid back and nice. they have a really great outdoor dining area too. i'd definitely recommend going for brunch if you can make it on the weekend--they have THE BEST pancakes and even a vegan pain au chocolate! definitely recommend!!

Read moreWe were recommended to try Little Pine but did not know the extent that we would LOVE this place❣
The apple sandwich is divine.
The brussel sprouts decadent.... yes, decadent... so f*#@ing good!
And the weekend brunch.... DO NOT MISS IT!
The Lemon poppyseed pancakes were scrumptious.
The avocado toast... so tasty.
I truly cannot express how great the food is with words.... you must go experience it yourself.... you won't regret it!

Too Salty Overall and Undercooked Cauliflower - Edit
Three of us shared four items (Savoy Salad, Roasted Cauliflower, Kettle Veggies, Fennel Flatbread). Everything was very salty. The cauliflower was undercooked. The kale in the salad was pretty tough - I know some restaurants massage the kale to make it easier to chew. - it doesn't appear that they did this at Little Pine.
Read moreThe burger and the meatballs seemed like they might be good, except that they use the Impossible products, which just plain don't seem like real food. I wish they would offer these made with veggies, beans, grains, and/or mushrooms instead of what seems like a completely artificial food product.
Pros: Plenty of outdoor seating, Friendly staff
Cons: Very Salty, Undercooked Cauliflower, Tough Kale

So not what i expected - Edit
This place has great reviews but when I got there it was not good. The food wasn't even hot it was kind of like warm/ room temperature. It was not good. I feel the temperature affected the flavours of the food. Expensive for what you get. Alot of it was under seasoned. Only good thing I will say is the garlic fries were amazing and the Brussels sprouts. But in the vegetable medley the vegetables were hard and the piccata had a very strange texture and weird flavor. I don't know if it was because we were there as soon as they opened but everything tasted old. 2 stars just for every item being vegan or else i would rate 1 star

The Best Vegan Spot in LA - Edit
Little Pine is hands down one of my absolute favorite restaurants in LA! The food, all vegan, is to die for. My personal favorite is the Apple Sandwich which is absolutely delicious - they somehow magically infuse peanut butter into the bread. The cauliflower and brussel sprouts are also phenomenal, and have great sauces! Also really love the kale salad, great portion size, better taste. Honestly everything on the menu is fantastic, pretty good price point too. Great wine too! Oh, and don't skip the chocolate chip cookies - the best!
Read moreThe atmosphere is so cute, it's like a little outdoor garden with fairy lights, and the staff are very nice. This place has a great energy. Also dog friendly!

Tasty food and wonderful staff - Edit
We came for dinner for the first time and enjoyed everything! There was a special meatball appetizer that we absolutely loved, the piccata was perfection, and the fennel sausage flatbread that was spicy and creamy and chewy and so delicious. We also got the cookies and an espresso for dessert that were fab! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food came out staggered but in quick succession. It was a really great evening. Thank you Little Pine!

So impressed! - Edit
The watermelon maki has the consistency and color and almost taste of tuna which was amazing. The prosciutto in the apple sandwich seemed real. I got takeout but the vibe on the heated patio seemed good.

The Perfect Storm - Edit
Everything here from the service, the outdoor dining area, to the food itself is an exceptional experience. Not too fancy, not a simple fast food spot, it’s just perfect.
Read moreThey were out of several dishes I ordered, which prompted the server to come back for substitutions, but that seems very LA. I had the Piccata, which was OK, but the Cauliflower app and Pesto Pizza were ridiculously good!
Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.

Absolutely Amazing - Edit
I always have an amazing experience when I walk into little pine. I tried their jalapeño cheddar French toast topped with jam and a side of maple syrup and butter. I know it sounds a bit strange, but trust me it worked. The jalapeño and cheddar were a perfect touch. I then went back and tried their new Apple Sandwich with side of slaw. The sandwich was SO GOOOOD! Again, the combination of ingredients at first just seems weird because it’s something we naturally wouldn’t think to put together, but it was so good! The touch of peanut butter was something I thought was unnecessary, UNTIL I actually took a bite of it. It was absolutely necessary. I’ll definitely get it again.

Absolutely Delicious and Unique Food - Edit
I highly recommend going on the weekend when they have their brunch menu. So good! I had a croissant with jam (simple yet tasty) and I had their Jalapeño Cheddar French Toast which is topped with raspberry jam with a side of butter and syrup. Hear me out... I know it sounds odd but it was SO GOOD. Seriously. They also had a delicious drink of the day (Watermelon Lychee Lemonade). Also, the portion size was huge (a plus). I'm not from Cali but next time I visit again I'm definitely going back to Little Pine.

It's amazing! - Edit
The new menu has so many great items. The watermelon Ahi is one of the most unique menu items on any restaurant menu. It's incredible. The crispy cauliflower is melt in your mouth. They use the aioli on a number of items which is smart because theirs is house made and amazing. On the Cashew Brussels Sprouts, it mixes with the cashews so well. The Fennel Flatbread and Potato Pesto are my favorite Pizza's in the world. In general, I don't like Mac & Cheese, but I like theirs the best of any I've ever had. Very little processed food which is great. Before Covid the outdoor patio was the best dinning experience in town, bar none. While there is not too much to knock, I wished they had more deserts. When Moby owned it, they had a lot more. I wish they had more entrees as well. But at least they kept the chocolate chip cookie which is the best desert in town.

Would come back - Edit
The food was good, although I did think that the salad dressing was rather bland.
Read moreThe service was a bit strange. Waited almost an hour just to get seated, even though there were clearly open tables. Asked to sit outside, where only one other couple were seated, and were offered a table inside.
Upon trying to order more drinks, our waiter was no where to be seen and we asked a different waitress, were told to just wait for our waiter (he re-appeared 15 minutes later).
Hopefully just "an off day" and would be willing to try the place again, because the food was great.

One of the best vegan restaurants in Los Angeles. The fennel flat bread pizza was my absolute favorite and I would go there again just for the pizza. The Mac and Cheese was out of this world and the banana cream pie was so delicious! The restaurant and restrooms are super clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. Tip: Be sure to make a reservation as the restaurant is pretty small.
