They have vegan cheese - Edit
They’re open in the weird time of day when most restaurants aren’t in Florence and have both gluten free crust and vegan cheese. While it wasn’t my favorite crust in Italy, it was nice to have a vegan cheese option and not just a red pizza.

Read moreWe were really pleasantly surprised, we got this simple marinara with extra garlic (highly recommend) as well a capricosa without ham (came out after I had already taken a photo of the marinara)
We really enjoyed these pizzas, and they had olive oil and balsamic on the table to dip the crust in too

Pizzas can be made with vegan mozzarella against a surcharge of €2,50. I choose the vegan margharita. However, they served me a normal margharita by accident. Luckily the server realised the mistake and came running to me before I took the first bite. She was very sorry and gave me a clean towel, a fresh napkin and new cutlery. The pizza itself was okay, not the best, not the worst either. Keep in mind that this place serves Florentine steaks as their speciality. This means you can see and smell meat all around you, especially because they cut the steaks at the tables.

Un tipico ristorante fiorentino, turistico (ovviamente, essendo in centro storico), ma molto bello e con diverse opzioni, fra cui un semplice dolce al pistacchio fatto con panna vegetale e pistacchio, che pero viene segnalato solo come "senza lattosio" e non vegano (quale invece è).

C'è la possibilità di sostituire la mozzarella vaccina con un formaggio vegetale, su ogni tipo di pizza.
Purtroppo questa disponibilità è segnalata in fondo alla pagina e scritta piccolissimissima, quasi non si vede (sicuramente non si nota), io ne ero a conoscenza solo perché mi ero già informata prima di andare.
Però dovrebbero segnalare meglio le cose sul loro menù.. è un po' confuso.

My family and I accidentally stumbled on this place while trying to find a place that would accommodate vegetarians and vegans, and we really lucked out! They can add vegan cheese (extra charge) to any of their vegetarian pizzas, so I was easily able to enjoy their truffle pizza. The prices are fair and there was plenty of space.

The pizza dough is really good but I think that the vegetables are a little poor in comparison with other pizzas with similar prices, luckily there's the option to add vegan cheese, but they will charge you more. Even though the prices are reasonable and the service is fast.

The service was good, the he was very kind, and there is vegan mozzarella and gluten free pizza or pasta. And they are delicious, the pasta was thick in a good way and the tomato sauce was amazing, we asked for mushrooms and onion for a pizza so it wouldn't be just tomatoe sauce and cheese and they added it, and we were able to add mushrooms to it. Everything was amazing I recommend it.

Read moreIt's rare to find somewhere that offers vegan cheese, and so we were delighted to enjoy a delicious vegan pizza.
Top tip: order the pizza marinara (no cheese, only tomato, garlic, and oregano), and then add vegan cheese. Vegan cheese costs €2.50 extra so order the cheeseless pizza to avoid paying for cheese twice)
We also requested Pasta aglio e olio which wasn't on the menu, and this was also delicious.
Front of house and staff were also very knowledgeable about vegan and gluten free diets, which was great. Highly recommended

Ich bin über HappyCow auf das Restaurant gekommen. Ohne die App hätte ich nie gewusst, dass es hier veganen Käse gibt (wird nämlich nirgendwo auf der Karte erwähnt). Dementsprechend bin ich sehr froh, das Restaurant hier gefunden zu haben! Als ich bei der Bestellung nachgefragt habe, ob es auch veganen Käse gibt, wurde dies sofort bejaht (sogar ziemlich selbstverständlich!). Ich habe dann die Pizza vegetariana (11,50€) mit veganem Käse bestellt. War wirklich super lecker und ich habe es sehr genossen mal eine Pizza mit Käse bestellen zu können ☺️ Bedienung war freundlich. Alles in allem echt top!

They completely understand fully what vegan means here. We had a porcini mushroom tagliatelle and we ordered a spaghetti pomodoro that wasn’t on the menu but they will make it no problem. We also got the white beans, sautéed garlic spinach, Tuscan bread and oil and fried potatoes. They also have vegan cheese for pizza, which we did not have. It’s not the BEST food but it’s good. It’s very close to Duomo.

They have a good amount of options to choose from! It's all the pretty typical vegan italian options, but my food was delicious. You can add vegan cheese to any pizza for an upcharge of €2.50 but when we were there the waiter advised against pizza because the kitchen was super backed up. I got spaghetti al pomodoro and bruschetta.

Sehr süßes Restaurant an relativ ruhiger Straße. Der Service ist freundlich, wir wurden extra noch nach Unverträglichkeiten/Allergien gefragt und auf vegane Optionen hingewiesen. Von denen gibt es per se schon einige (Pizza, Pasta, Bruschetta, Salat, Bohnen, Gemüse...), zudem auch veganen Mozarella für die Pizzen. Es geht auch glutenfrei.

You can add vegan mozzarella to any pizza - even the calzone, although they don’t do a veggie one so I had to ask for it with vegan mozzarella and without meat. Despite this fussy order they were very willing and accommodating, and it was an amazing pizza!
