Great atmosphere & taste - Edit
Loved the location - it's inside a courtyard & their name is not on the entrance but theya re the first restaurant on the right. Great service as our server was attentive but did not hover over us or rush us through the meal. I had a vegan pisco sour & it was very good & was shaken, not run through the blender ( a big no-no for Peruvian pisco sours). The stuffed ricotto pepper came with a potato "pie" that was very good & the pepper was not overly spicy. The anticuchos were grilled to perfection. The spring rolls were a variation with a Peruvian twist & the sauces with them were also excellent. It is on th ehigher price point for Peru when you compare it to ones with set menus but the amount & quality of food was very high. We'll be checking out their other location in Yunahuara while here.

Inconsistent - Edit
Loved our first visit here. The place was super cozy with dim lights, candles and chill music. Our waitress was super lovely. We had two burgers that were delicious and served with the BEST fries (super crispy).
Read moreThe second visit was complete opposite. They were blasting heavy metal, the service wasn't very good and burgers came with flavourless, oily crisps (even though the menu says fries). The drinks were served warm. The waiter brought us wrong food and tried to gaslight us about us getting the correct meal even after we pointed all the incorrect and missing things in the burger. 🥲
Cons: Inconsistent

Nice dinner - Edit
Lovely atmosphere in a courtyard of the historic centre. The menu was vast and it was hard to decide.
Read moreI went for chicharron arequipeño and my partner the anticuchos. Both dishes arrived surprisingly quickly.
The chicharron was a huge portion and I was really impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the seitan. As a whole dish though, it was very dry and lacking in textural variety since almost everything on the plate was fried/crispy/crunchy. Would’ve liked some sauce with the seitan 🙂
My partner really enjoyed his anticuchos, I tried some of his seitan and it was delicious.
Pros: creative vegan takes on Peruvian dishes, extremely generous portions, nice ambience & cocktails
Cons: chicharron dish was lacking balance imo

We're vegan an tested a lot of restaurants in Peru. This one was my favourite for dinner.
Read moreThe dishes with seitan (I had the Nashville chicken) have been delicious. The preparation of the seitan was one of the best I had in my life.

cappuccino 😥 - Edit
Their cake was good, but their cappuccino wasn’t cappuccino. It was like a black coffee with little bit of milk. 😥hmm

Nice options but salty - Edit
Leuke opties en leuk binnenplaatsje. Alleen de risotto en het rijst gerecht waren wel echt wat te zout. Wel goede (grote) porties.

Great food - Edit
Excellent food, just a bit slow. There were only a few tables occupied and we still had quite a wait. The food, when it arrived, was still pretty good

Good food but - Edit
We went for diner early, the restaurant was quite empty, quickly we were informed that neither the burgers nor the sandwiches were available for order. We ordered the pad Thai and the BBQ seitan fingers and specified we wanted them at the same time. The pad Thai arrived first, it was very good but cold, while the rest arrived 10 minutes later (at least it was warm). When we asked for deserts, they also said these weren’t available. Overall, good food but served cold and most wasn’t available.

The portions and main dishes are big enough for two people! The flavor was great and the vegan chicken was the closest I have ever tasted since I became vegetarian 💚

Delicious! - Edit
We had buffalo nikkei wings and chicharrón arequipeño and they were both delicious! They're both made out of seitan but manage to have very distinct flavors. Also had the lemon pie as dessert which was decent but not mind-blowing.

Tasty Dining with some flaws - Edit
High end dining restaurant in vegan with some flaws. Firstly the food was delicious no doubts but given the price we had some smaller things to remark:
Read more- The entree came like two minutes after the main course so we had to eat them simultaneously.
- Main dish was only warm
- The Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich was more a burger
Other than that the experience was nice. Pricey but nice.
🍝 Pasta a la Huancaína con lomo saltado
Great sauce and noodles. Dish was bit too cold. Seitan bites for my experience too thick
🥪 🍔 Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich
Tasty patties but overall more a burger than a sandwich. Came without sauces and was quite dry. Was no problem to order different sides in addition when asked
🥔🌽 Caparinas (Entree)
Favorite dish. Hot and tasty overall great

Do yourself a favor and go eat there! - Edit
We had the arroz a la norteña con no pollo teriyaki and the rocoto relleno con papas dorados and both were really amazing!! The ginger and mango soda was a little too sweet for my taste. And the apple cake was nothing special but still really good. The location is also really nice just like the staff! Great experience!
Read moreEdit: Beacause everything was so good we went to eat there again and this time it was even better! We had the pasta a la huancaina with lomo saltado and the chicharrón arequipeño and both were amazing especially the pasta! The staff was super nice and helpful like the last time!

Fancy - Edit
Lovely venue with an interesting, mostly Peruvian menu. Chose the lomo saltado and the chicharron. Good sized dishes, both quite rich and VERY salty. Both also had a lot of garlic. We liked them both but would have benefited from more fresh ingredients to cut through the richness. Glad to see vegan pisco sour on the menu too.

Muy buenas opciones - Edit
Probablemente la carta vegana más extensa de Arequipa, también de las más caras. Buena calidad de la comida y buen trato. Pedí para llevar y me lo prepararon todo con mucho gusto. El local es muy agradable.

Good vegan local dishes - Edit
We had the ceviche de setas y champioñes, the rocoto relleno and the vegan Nashville chicken. The ceviche was amazing; so many different flavors and textures! The rocoto relleno was delicious too and so nice to be able to try a local delicacy that’s normally not vegan. We were not overly impressed by the Nashville chicken, but we would 100% recommend to try the ceviche and rocoto relleno!

🧂🧂🧂😖 - Edit
As a fully vegan place offering Peruvian traditional cuisine, I really would have loved to love it, but both of the sauces of the two dishes of their daily menu were incredibly salty, which was a shame as the ingredients itself were well prepared. Also the waitress was helpful and friendly. Maybe the cook was in love, as German and French people assume, when the food is too salty. 👨🏻🍳❤️

Excellent Peruvian food! - Edit
I love all the veganized versions of traditional Peruvian dishes! I had the Chicharrón Arequipeño with Camote and Salad. It was very tasty and very satisfying. I also took the apple pie to go which was delicious! The location is in a nice and centrally located plaza, has seating outdoors and indoors. Service was very good too.
