Nice atmosphere - Edit
The service and atmosphere was really nice and more down to earth than I had expected which was a huge plus for me.
Read moreThe food was good and beautifully presented, but I could have wished for something more flavourful. It was tasty enough, but didn’t blow me away like I had hoped. Might also be that November isn’t the most ideal time to visit since the ingredients are seasonal. That being said, we had a good time and I would definitely recommend it as a place for a more special date night - especially because of the nice staff and the atmosphere they create.
We paid 145 euros for two 4-course tasting menus and a bottle of water (including a 10% tip).

Impressive - Edit
I was impressed with the friendly service, decor and of course the food.
Read moreWe chose one three and one four course dish y shared the starter. Still, by dessert we couldn’t quite finish it plates, so next time I would go for the three course menu instead. Both the savoury and sweet dessert plates were lovely, a medley of different sweet desserts and/or cheeses.
When the dining out is your evening activity, this is a wonderful choice.
On the expensive side but I am definitely planning to come again.

Pre set tasting menus - Edit
This place is on the fancier side. You select one of 3 per set tasting options. We selected the four course one. Food was good. My favorite was the mushrooms dish. A very nice place for a date.

Beautiful food - Edit
Set on a lovely street, this restaurant is a delight. The menu seems to change regularly and the staff are friendly and comfortable in English or German.
Read moreThere's not too much of a wait between courses and you can choose how many courses you'd like.
The food itself is diverse and flavorful. There was a beautiful charred sweetcorn soup, and battered oyster mushrooms that were a perfect texture. Dessert included creme brulé! There's a range of alcoholic drinks to choose from too.
Pros: Choose the amount of courses you'd like, Friendly staff, Delicious food

Creative dishes - Edit
We came here for their testing menu and opted for 4 courses. In retrospect we should have gone with 3 and skipped the appetizer. It wasn’t bad, but it felt like a mix of individual things that I didn’t understand how to eat together. The watermelon tataki was rather awkward to eat. We each tried a different soup, but we both liked the Ratatouille soup more. My partner got the Intermezzo, carrot finger noodles, and I got the main, the braised kohlrabi. The kohlrabi was probably the better dish and was easier to eat. My partner got the sweet dessert and I got the savory vegan cheese plate. I was happy that the cheese plate was an option since most places will only offer sweets for after the main, and I usually have to pay for the last course or two even though I won’t eat it. For my partner and I, this was both our favorite course. He loved the tonka beans in the dessert, and I really enjoyed the nut based cheeses. I didn’t like the chickpea based cheeses as much because they were a bit sweeter. Otherwise it was a great final course. Overall we had a good time here, but not every dish was a knockout. I would still recommend it if you’re in Pberg and looking for some fine dining.

Perfect amount of food - Edit
You never know with a tasting menu if you're going to be hungry afterward or feel like you're getting too full to eat the next dish. The amount of food here was perfect, with the 5 course option.
Read moreMy favorite course overall was the final course. You can choose between a dessert or cheese platter. We each ordered different ones and then split both in half. I'm really glad we did. The dessert was amazing. I also really liked the arugula cream soup with smoked red wine tofu, olive, croutons, and cassis.
Service was friendly!

Yep lol. 85 per person, though, which isn't terrible for a tasting menu. I made the mistake of paying over 200 per person at a bay area place recently because they were offering a once a year tasting menu, and I very deeply regret it 🫠

Excellent and friendly service. We did the 3 course meal and it was really good. The soup blew our minds-so tasty! The soup, entree, and desert were unique-not your cookie cutter eats!! No regrets on spending our money here. Great outdoor seating (indoor as well).

Pricey, but totally worth it! - Edit
We've been at Lucky Leek for our anniversary and treated ourselves to a full five course meal with wine-pairing.
Read moreThe staff was really attentive, we had two waiters serving us throughout the evening, both were very friendly and helpful and overall the service was great!
The food was sooo delicious!
From first to last course we were enjoying every little bite to the fullest.
Also the wine-pairing mathed every course perfectly.
Also a very important aspect for us: they were really considerate when we told them about our various food-allergies and adjusted the meals accordingly, or offered other options - surely you can expect that in this price-category, but it still made us happy that they took care of it.
So all in all it is definitley worth a visit, if you want to treat yourself for a nice meal. :)
Pros: Very good vegan food, Can adjust to food-allergies
