Have no frame of reference for noon vegan versions.
Pan de muerto was soft, and I could taste the orange flavor. It's thick so plenty of soft bread like center. Pretty filling. Not too sweet or sugary
I got the biscoff with cookie topping, brown topping. Similar texture to pan de muerto, but liked the addition of topping for flavor and texture change. Really good this is.

my new go-to spot for conchas. the owner is super super nice and has delivered to me before when I was unable to make it for pickup. definitely recommend checking this place out at pop-ups & farmers markets!

Warm, fresh Pan de muerto - Edit
Sorry, I have no pictures because as soon as I received the pan de muerto warm in my hands, I had to take a bite and then three and then it was gone. And it was glorious! I’m Mexican, so I’m very discerning of my pan dulce and this one was definitely better than most. It melted in my mouth. I can’t wait to try the conchitas next time !

Definitely try the gluten free smores cookie! I also liked the birthday cookie. Their gluten free cookies are so satisfying, soft, and the perfect dessert. I'm going to have to find another pop-up to get these cookies again!

The frosting on the oreo cupcake was a little too sweet for me, but maybe that's just because I had already eaten a donut and cookie before trying it.. The owners are very friendly. Mad Vegan Co seems to have only recently started offering popups. Please support this business!
