Enough with the vegan tax - Edit
Things have changed quite a bit since I first had an ice cream here 7 years ago. Half of the flavours are vegan now, which is really good news, but prices have increased a lot, plus you pay more for vegan flavours: two scoops of dairy ice cream for 3,90€ but when choosing vegan price goes up to 4,70€. Don't think I'd go back (at least in the next 7 years)

Absolutely amazing ice-creams in a wide and fantastic range of original flavours. The super nice staff will help you with your requests and provide you with suitable information about vegan, organic and gluten-free options. However 2,50€ for just two ice-cream balls seems a little too much for me.

Long queue and the staff was working really slow, 2,90€ for one scoop of ice cream is insanely overpriced. They have quite a few vegan flavors but most of them are fruit flavors, not that exciting. My chocolate-mint ice cream tasted like lemon. Disappointed and would not recommend this place.

Fui directamente a probar los helados, y no me decepcionó. Pedí solo una bocha, pero fue suficiente para apreciar la calidad. Sin ser una heladería 100% vegana, tiene una amplia variedad de opciones. También tiene muchas opciones de pastelería para acompañar con un café. El lugar es hermoso y la atención es increíblemente profesional (me pareció que lo atienden los dueños). No le doy cinco estrellas porque no tiene baño ni una canilla para lavarse las manos (algo que en una heladería me parece necesario).

Love the staff and ice-cream! - Edit
When I stayed in Madrid for 3 months me and my friend went here a lot. The staff was really friendly, helpfull and spoke English well. I had some of the non vegan ice-cream as well (since I was not vegan at the time) and my vegan friend had all vegan ice. We loved it! I would totally recommend this place, to vegans AND non-vegans! :)

Have been a few times. The ice creams are ok but nothing special. I found them very sweet. The horchata is the sweetest I have tried and I question whether it is not just from a carton. I thought it was a real shame that they could not offer a glass if I was eating there

The place offeres many sorbet flavors, 3 kinds of vegan choclate but not a lot more, but it was great. There was also 2 kinds of vegan cookies.
