Fantastic menu - Edit
Beautiful cafe with friendly staff. Very extensive menu, pages and pages of both western and Thai vegetarian and vegan food. Very large drinks menu aswell! Everything sounded delicious! I had the Pad see ew (vegan) and a lychee smoothie with coconut milk. Great portion sizes and very tasty! I would highly recommend.

Excellent, best so far in Thailand - Edit
3 Sep 2023:
Read moreThey could not cater for diabetes as everything had sugar in it and could not accommodate which was disappointing.
We had
Pad Thai TBH 135
- This was not the typical pad Thai we are used too the noodles tasted more like an instant pack with some other flavour. Liked the mix of toppings but the flavour needs to try and replicate the original.
Mango sticky rice TBH 125
- Was really flavourful with both chewy black and white rice that has dedicated coconut and coconut sugar/oil and coconut cream and sweet mango. There was also a hint of salt which I really enjoyed.
Vegan chocolate lava cake with coconut icecream TBH 125
- Loved this the small cake was warm with molten chocolate centre which was delicious.
2 Sep 2023:
The price is more but every dish we ordered was worth it. The food is well presented, served with a big size portion, healthy and packed with flavour. Whole plant based meal with a balanced diet containing grains, legumes vegetables and fruit. They have a very big menu with red highlights vegetarian and green vegan.
The cafe has shared tables that seat about 24 people. There is Aircon. Would have given a 5 star rating as its one of the best foods I have eaten in the world so far. But reduced 1 star as they serve eggs in this cafe and I have to think of the animals.
We ordered
14. Gluten free Rice Pancake TBH 265
45. Buddha Bowl Salad Mango Style TBH 295
- served with black rice with the complimentary flavours of savoury and sweet from the fresh fruit.
54 Tempeh with ginger fried rice TBH 135
- served with black rice with a great blend of flavours

Many vegan options - Edit
Great place! Juices, smoothies, cold and hot drinks, large menu - vegan items in green type - and quite large meals, served attractively on wooden trays or in wooden bowls. I enjoyed the zucchini waffles meal, and I took away the Buddha Bowl Salad, which is massive. Second visit, I had banana pancakes and took away the pulled-mushroom burger.

Somewhat Disappointed - Edit
The passionate fruit mojito was lovely but the Pad Thai was pretty much without flavour. In the home of Pad Thai I would have thought it would be far tastier.

Small place, cozy atmosphere - Edit
Beautiful interior in this cute little restaurant on the western side of the river. We took a taxi to get here and were lucky to get a free table as the place was quite packed. They can seat around 20-25 people I would guess.

We loved the vegan spring rolls - the best we've ever had! The Aubergine stir fry sauce was insane and the chocolate lava cake and cookie were great! Mango is right next to Khao San Road so we tied it in with a visit there!

We couldn’t get enough of the food here. Absolutely the most delicious we had in Bangkok, the rice bowls are huge! And fills with so many delicious things - I highly recommend the black rice with tempeh and ginger. Smoothies and drinks also great, the lychee iced tea had real lychee in it!

The restaurant is nice but small. With bad luck, you can no longer get a place at peak times. The food is really delicious and the prices are reasonable from a European point of view. For Thai conditions, the prices are to be regarded as rather high.

Overhyped and the food was not great - Edit
I came to this restaurant with high expectations based on other reviews. The staff were very friendly and it had a great atmosphere. We waited 20 minutes to get a table but we didn’t mind that!
Read moreWe ordered four dishes and three of dishes tasted awful. The vegetable tempura was not great as the veggies were still raw and I found hair in it. My vegan pad Thai lacked very little flavour and had a very strange after taste. My partners dish was not great either. All of the noodles were over cooked and so stuck together that it felt like eating bricks of noodles! The only good dish we ordered was the veggie gyozas!!
Honestly I can’t emphasis how the veggie pad Thai was one of the worst meals I have ever ordered.
Pros: Friendly staff, Nice atmosphere, Good location
Cons: Disappointing food, Hair in food , No flavour

I was a bit sceptical as it seems way overhyped but honestly the food was so good. We got lucky and got a table directly, others had to wait a bit. The fried rice was the best we had in Thailand! So nutty and full of flavors, completely different from the standard fried rice. We also got the salad rolls with amazing tofu skewers! I wish we discovered this place earlier, would definitely go there again next time! There are so many options, it's hard to choose.
