The Tan Tan Udon is really flavorful and even a popular order amongst non-vegans. It doesn't feel like the vegan options were an afterthought on the menu.

Vegan tan tan udon is excellent - Edit
Really delicious vegan udon soup with spicy soy ground meat. My non-veg friends also order it because broth is so good! Workers are knowledgeable about what’s vegan, and will preemptively tell you that the free tempura flakes aren’t vegan. Unfortunately, the veggie tempura is also not vegan.
