Not a lot of options, soy sauce has fish

I had the avocado “sashimi”, avocado tenpura, ume-cucumber, as well as some non-vegan veggie options. They all tasted good.
I ordered the onion one but there was fish flakes (katsuobushi) underneath the onions.
Also, both soy sauce bottles both indicated they contain fish, katsuo dashi (かつおエキス).

There are bonito flakes under the onions at Mawashizushi Katsu in Tokyo
